Junked Due to Smelly Issues

The yearly summer event in a very popular island is often deemed as an excellent place to engage with people wanting to have fun and to mingle with the crowd. Organizers have made it an occasion to gather celebrities for events. Some celebrities go on their personal capacity merely to experience the event.
Of all types of celebrities going to that event, hunk actors are often the ones who get many stares, and some females often take the opportunity to get to know them better. When New Actor Model (NA) came to the event, he was ready. He flirted with the ladies, and this action was fine as he is single.
After a few drinks and partying, NA managed to hook up with a girl (AG), just as was intended to be. As they came to the room and were about to do it, AG suddenly backed out. The flimsy excuse was that she could not get over the length of his hair down there. Then, since they were partying, sweating could have added some funny smell. So, AG left NA and his well-toned abs just like that.
Unfortunately for NA, his good looks and well-defined torso could not even make AG stay long enough. Of course, AG might have other reasons as to why she backed out. The good thing about this incident is that NA did not force the issue and make himself the banner story the next day.

Libel Case vs ABS-CBN Execs, Talents OK’d

THE Court of Appeals gave the Department of Justice (DOJ) the go-signal to file the libel case against officials and talents of ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corp. for accusing GMA Network of stealing its exclusive video in 2004 about the return of an overseas Filipino worker who was taken hostage in Iraq.
In a two-page resolution, the appeals court’s 10th Division through Associate Justice Eduardo Peralta, Jr. denied the motion for reconsideration filed by ABS-CBN chairman Eugenio “Gabby” Lopez III, and several executives and talents of the network that sought the reversal of its June 9, 2014 decision.
The June 9, 2014 ruling of the appeals court dismissed the bid of ABS-CBN to nullify the findings of the DOJ that they should be indicted for libel.
Aside from Lopez, the DOJ also ordered the filing of libel case against ABS-CBN senior vice-president Jose Ramon Olives, vice-president for news operations Jake Maderazo, former ABS-CBN vice-president for news operations Luisita “Luchi” Cruz-Valdes, assistant vice president for news operations Jose “Jing” Magsaysay Jr., news operations director Alfonso “Pal” Marquez, supervising producer Maria Progena Estonilo Reyes, reporter and anchor Lynda Jumilla, executive producer of the now defunct program “Insider” Lilibeth Frondoso, executive producer of “Magandang Umaga Bayan” Annie Eugenio, executive producer of “News Patrol” Dondi Garcia, Luis Alejandro and former ABS-CBN news anchor Erwin Tulfo.
The appeals court added that the arguments raised by ABS-CBN were mere reiterations of arguments raised in their petition for certiorari.
“When the Court calibrated the current papers from the parties, we can hardly ignore that the arguments put forward by petitioners on their motion for reconsideration were a virtual echo of the discourse on the petition for certiorari,” the appeals court said.
“Withal, the ideas expressed by movants were tackled by us when preconditions for defamation were discussed on the decision itself…Accordingly, we hereby deny petitioners’ motion for reconsideration for lack of persuasive force,” the CA added.
The libel case stemmed from ABS-CBN’s allegation that GMA Network stole its live newsfeed of the arrival of overseas Filipino worker Angelo Dela Cruz at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) on July 22, 2004 after he was released by his Iraqi captors.
The footage was aired by GMA News in its Flash Report but GMA Network’s footage was taken from Reuters Television Service (Reuters), with which GMA had a subscription contract for videos.
After the video airing incident, ABS-CBN, in its now defunct shows “Insider” and “Magandang Umaga Bayan,” used the phrases, “pagnanakaw ng aming eksklusibong kuha” and “pamimirata ng footage” in their reports on the incident. One report further said “ang pagnanakaw ay isang malaking krimen.”
Concurring with the ruling were Associate Justices Magdangal de Leon and Stephen Cruz.

Supermodel Kate Moss Kicked Off Budget Airline In Turkey After Reportedly Being Disruptive

LONDON (AP) — Supermodel Kate Moss has been escorted off a plane after reportedly being disruptive while traveling from Turkey to London's Luton airport.
The 41-year-old was escorted off a flight operated by budget airline easyJet from the Turkish resort of Bodrum.
Without naming Moss, Bedfordshire Police responded to inquiries about the incident by confirming they were called to help staff with a passenger being disruptive on a flight. Police say the passenger was not arrested, and no complaints were made.
Moss is one of the world's most familiar faces. Discovered at 14, she has since graced the covers of hundreds of magazines and has worked with designers including Louis Vuitton and Stella McCartney. Her party image and celebrity partners, including Johnny Depp and Pete Doherty, have kept her in the public eye.

Zealous Actor (ZA) belongs to the elite group of talents who have decided to spend some time abroad to hone their craft. Thus, when ZA returned, his coworkers felt that he had imbibed much of what was taught him, which bordered on doing the roles a bit too much. Nonetheless, ZA just wanted to show to everyone that he could rise beyond criticisms that he could not act.
Nonetheless, ZA has a bigger problem, which has allegedly caused his screen partners to prepare for the worse. Because ZA exudes a sexy image, kissing and intimate scenes with actresses are unavoidable. Thus, actresses who are privy to the rumor can only attempt to be creative in avoiding the problem. Of course, these actresses are also careful not to embarrass ZA as well as not follow instructions from the director.
The project that ZA is involved in requires several scenes of being close to his female leads. One of them, Reinvented Talent (RT) had a scene with ZA. Aware of the reputation of ZA, RT asked ZA if he wanted menthol candy to make their kissing more comfortable. ZA refused. Sadly, RT could not reveal her true motive in attempting to give the piece of candy to ZA. Thus, their scene went on and RT could only pretend that she was comfortable and tolerant of the smell of ZA.
As for ZA, his attitude is that he just does what is being asked from him by his role. If he is asked to show intensity, he will do his best, and his partner in the scene should be at par with him. Work is work, and ZA will be taken for what he brings to the set. Now, someone has to advise him to clean up the residue of habits that remained in his system. Filipino culture frowns upon celebrities who do not smell fresh, and ZA has to work on that.
