Andi Eigenmann on Jake Ejercito: 'I'm So Numb'

Andi Eigenmeann on Thursday admitted that she was almost shattered when she learned that Jake Ejercito and KC del Rosario ended up together.

Andi said that she had known all along that KC was the girl that Jake has been exchanging text messages with when they were still sweethearts.

"I found out about the two of them kami pa," she said during an interview on Thursday. "While we were still dating, we were still together, nakita ko na kasi 'yong exchange of messages nila, gano'n. So parang alam ko na, mayro'n na akong [feeling], pero hindi ko lang in-expect na kapag naghiwalay kami talagang magiging sila. Hindi ko in-expect."

Andi, meanwhile, said that she has already moved on from Jake. Some people would doubt that she would easily recover from the hurt, but Andi said that she went through a long and painstaking process to move on from the relationship.

"Sobrang sakit po wala na akong maramdaman. As in I'm so numb," she said about the day she found out about Jake and KC. "It's just for me, gugustuhin ko ba talaga 'to para sa sarili ko? Mas gugustuhin ko ba na umupo na lang dito at masaktan, at tanggapin na lang lahat 'to or to just move on? Coz I know for a fact that I deserve something and someone better."

Andi is being linked with Bret Jackson, her co-star in "Your Place or Mine." She said that the courtship had been cut short, but said that she is very thankful that Bret accompanied her during the trying times of her life.

Andi would not say if Bret is courting her again.

Asked if Bret would have a chance at winning her heart, she replied smiling: "Mayroon po."

Consequences on Her Character

Media personalities, particularly broadcasters and anchors, are perceived to be a notch higher than other celebrities in the industry. Because of the nature of their work, credibility is at stake every time they deliver the news or make comments on certain issues. Hence, broadcast personalities should have an impeccable background in terms of issues that can be hurled against them.

As most broadcasters have imbibed a lifestyle that will not endanger their credibility, some people are stunned to see a news anchor (NA) playing in a casino often. Worse, people who see her immediately assume that she has a gambling addiction. This perception probably comes from rumors over the past months of her being seen in a casino and playing there for long hours. Casinos are designed to make one lose track of time, and thus, if one is too engaged in gambling, he/she will not really have a sense of time and continue to gamble on.

At one point, NA was even allegedly seen exchanging pleasantries with a former boyfriend, a high roller host comedian (HC). While HC is not connected with any station in the recent months, rumors of his gambling losses are quite shocking. Of course, the camp of HC has denied such gambling stories.

Meanwhile, NA’s camp has chosen to ignore such rumor. Besides, NA has established a good reputation while she was still in her former station that it seems that gambling rumors are not within her character. Hence, unless someone leaks a video scandal of her being caught playing in the casino, then NA has nothing to worry about. As a news personality, perhaps, NA should consider how such rumors could damage her reputation, regardless of the fact that interest has waned in her career after she moved to her current station.

Another Sports Darling

Seems like that the two (2) Popular Personalities PP1 and PP2 who have a lot in common, are not after all in sync when it comes to their romance or love life. While PP1 loves to flaunt her young conquests with every detail posted on her social media, PP2 is extremely different.

Many showbiz watchers remarked that PP1 doesn’t need a publicist for she does a lot better than anyone when it comes to her personal matters. People are bewildered at the nerve of PP1 to publicly divulge every little thing that’s happening between her and whoever is her current lover. The public cringe, but PPI has so much fun and pride. She just doesn’t care about public opinion – much more the very active bashers.

But while PP1 is so passionately romancing her lover, PP2 is just cool about hers. Not many know that the wacky but quite mysterious PP2 is also into some romance with a very Young Athlete YA. Reportedly, YA is quite popular in his field, especially after the recent victory of his team. YA’s friends said that he has been getting some indecent proposals from cougars and gays alike. Why he chose PP2 over the rest, only he can answer.

It’s true that PP2 pays for YA’s condominium unit and lends him her car, meaning YA is “hatid - sundo” wherever he is. But that’s just about it. Allegedly, she is not really into anything serious with YA - that is another unique thing about her. Allegedly, PP2 is only after sex with the guy. Lucky her, talks have it that YA is so gifted down there.

Heard from the grapevine that it is PP2 who does the work of pleasuring YA during their intimate moments. It’s actually no big deal for PP2, the source revealed, for it works well for her - as she finds doing it to keep her man while keeping herself fit at the same time. Geez!

So the next time you hear PP2 being teased and paired with a comedian, you better think again. Everything is just for show – literally and figuratively.
