Mr. Attitude

Circumstances can change people’s hearts and attitude toward events. What would have been typical behavior of someone in the past can be opposite at the present times. Sometimes, the kind-hearted can change into a monster and the ones with horrible attitude can be humbled.

These days, fans and other netizens noticed the seemingly angry behavior of Angry Actor (AA) at the way things have turned out. AA would post and repost views of other celebrities and sympathize with them. It seems that AA would always have insight that might not go well with the majority.

While AA seems to project a perfect image, sometime ago, his behavior bothered his fans. At a time when relief operations were being done for victims of the tragedy, the site was full of volunteers packing and helping out in the operations. Celebrities who participated were praised and admired for giving their time.

However, when AA arrived, many noticed that he only stayed for a few minutes. Those minutes were spent as though he was participating in the activities and the photo opportunity with volunteers. However, he did not even smile at the others. As soon as the photos were taken, AA left and did not bother to help tidy up his area.

Thus, these days, when AA shows righteousness, the volunteers who saw him years back wonder about his attitude.

With so many things happening, celebrities can never hide themselves from controversy or escape the calls to respond or react to issues that matter. Sometime ago, the public witnessed the depth of loyalty of several personalities to a network. While most celebrity supporters worked for the network, others who are employed in other stations expressed their support as well. Although the support seemed strong, others who were expected to be in the forefront were conspicuously absent.

Such absence and silence from the network’s talents were unexpected. The behavior did not escape spews on social media of well-known celebrities, who chided the silence of fellow artists. Immediately, posts expressing support from various celebrities emerged in social media. The unnamed silent celebrities suddenly became visible. Apparently, many could have given in to the pressure from netizens and other co-workers.

Despite having posted her views, Female Talent (FT) was reminded of the repercussion of her words to her career. As the times are sensitive, her passive preference was feared to affect her future. Being passive is not the image that the management has set for FT and with her posts, her fans might question her conduct. Local fans are keen on the parallels between the personal and career images of a celebrity. If both contradict each other, fans might shift to other celebrities.

Behind the scenes, talk was going on concerning the future of FT. Management was toying with the idea of removing her from a project, if she continued promoting her view. FT could be replaced or the project can be shelved for the meantime. Sensing she might lose her opportunity, FT had a talk with influential actress, which was seen as damage control. FT wanted to make sure she would still be in the graces of people who matter to the network.

Breakup Cause

During their relationship, Clandestine Lover (CL) and His Partner (HP) made sure that their affair remained secret. Even if rumors would emerge once in a while, CL would arrogantly deny having anything special with HP. HP did the same and did not reply to such rumors. Hence, even if the two were seen together, which sparked the gossip, people who dared ask would meet the not-so engaging side of CL. Their friends and some showbiz personalities allegedly know the truth, but they never spoke about the two as a sign of respect for CL.

CL provided a home and a car for HP and made sure he would not want for anything more. CL had the longest relationship with HP, who satisfied all his physical needs. However, CL’s family was not happy with the arrangement and the presence of HP was a topic of argument. The family accused HP as a freeloader, but they could not do much, as they also rely on CL. Nonetheless, HP was not dense and he started looking at projects to prove that he could be independent of CL.

When CL found out that HP wanted to work, he hesitated initially. CL feared that his gay lifestyle would be exposed. Subsequently, CL gave his permission for HP to earn for his keep. As same-sex stories are trending, HP was offered one project that required many intimate scenes and butt exposures. HP did not tell CL about the intense sex scenes he did. Meanwhile, a friend of CL managed to watch the project of HP. The friend said that the sex scenes were not faked by HP and his screen partner. In the commercial release, however, the sex scenes done realistically were edited out.

Predictably, CL confronted HP, which resulted in a huge fight. CL accused HP of allowing himself to be degraded in the project and then have sex with him. Later on, CL found out that HP and his screen partner were seeing each other. Thus, CL told HP to leave and his credit card was cut. Their relationship was over and done.

A few days later, CL found out that HP was living in one of the homes of an actor-director, who was also one of the producers of the said gay adult series.

Mysterious Disappearance

Male Celebrity (MC) and Chic Celebrity (CC) are both known for their fashionable taste and fine choices of wardrobe and accessories. Thus, the two hit it off during work. CC was impressed with the style of MC and one time, she noticed a piece of jewelry he was wearing on taping day.

CC asked MC about the jewelry and he said that he wanted to let go of the timepiece. He was willing to let go of the item at a discounted seven-figure amount even if he had bought the timepiece at a higher amount. CC said that she can easily sell the timepiece as she has connections overseas. Besides, CC knows that having MC as the previous owner can easily be a come-on for her target buyer abroad.

MC entrusted his timepiece to CC, who was then scheduled to travel. While overseas, CC updated MC that she found a buyer, but was a million short of their agreed price. MC wanted an additional half-million, which he intended to give to CC as commission. A subsequent message from CC said that the deal was sealed and payment would be done in a couple of days. CC had also turned over the timepiece and the box to the buyer. CC assured MC that the buyer is a trusted good friend.

A week later, MC received a call from CC, who was crying. Allegedly, her trusted good friend gave her the run-around and could no longer be contacted. Hence, the timepiece and the box were gone. MC advised CC to file a case and she said she had already done the said action. MC comforted CC and expressed optimism that the said timepiece would be returned. That was their last conversation.

Weeks passed and MC was focused on his work. CC arrived at the country quietly. MC was already feeling awkward at following up the matter with CC, as he gave the timepiece willingly. Thus, he kept quiet.

Later on, MC and CC were invited to a high-end party. MC saw CC, who merely smiled at him and did not bother to approach. MC continued to socialize and was introduced to a businesswoman. MC kept his composure as he recognized the timepiece she was wearing – the same one CC volunteered to sell for him. Unknown to MC, CC saw him talking to the businesswoman and that was her cue to slip out of the party without any fuss.
