No Longer Kind

Co-workers of Network Talent (NT) are scratching their heads as they realize they have the same observations regarding NT. Over the years, they have worked with NT and now, they have noticed her change. While change is good, in the case of NT, her change carried with it demands, ego, and pride.
NT was a nobody when she entered the network. Seeing her potential to become an important talent of the network, the management gave her worthwhile projects and gave her attention as well as publicity. She was even paired of with Well-endowed Celebrity (WC) and their partnership resulted in several successful projects that made the public notice them. However, WC wanted change and thus left NT figuring out how to become successful while on a solo career.
Since the time she was discovered, NT showed her dedication given that she was the breadwinner of her family. She would be frugal in her spending and bring her own lunch, which was often a serving of adobo, just to save up. She was admired for her wanting to improve herself and work attitude. Correspondingly, her hard work paid off and she managed to buy the material things she needed. However, during the recent months, something seemed amiss.
NT became demanding. She seemed to exude air and her co-workers believed that she has transformed. Their theory as to why NT changed involves her Present Relationship (PR). PR is not from the entertainment industry but is rumored to be a wealthy personality. NT was even heard saying that she was rich now.
With more confidence that ever, NT would express her demands. For instance, during mall shows, she wants her parking space to be as close as possible to the entrance. For out-of-town shows, NT would request for a service van where she could rest and relax. Moreover, NT wants to be spared from the crowd. When a makeup artist is doing her makeup, she wants new sponges and will not allow used ones to touch her face. Then, she frowns when meat is served on the set, as she has told people that she has turned vegan. The noticeable attitude change of NT has been the center of jokes. Kibitzers would say that not only were parts of her body were enhanced, even her head was injected to make it big.

Must Be Patient

Followers are always on alert whenever they notice that celebrities unfollow one another in social media. Unfollowing another raises speculation that something is not right in the relationship of the parties involved. When the un-followers are supposed to be in a relationship. Netizens will immediately conclude that the two are undergoing a major problem.
If, however, the following–unfollowing becomes repetitive, other assumptions are floated. The most glaring of such hunches is that one of the celebrities is merely creating an issue to be talked about. An adage in local showbiz is that one has to be talked about whether positively or negatively.
When Lovely Celebrity (LC) publicly admitted her relationship with Hunk Personality (HP), her following increased and good wishes for a lasting relationship filled the air. After all, LC and HP can be lined up with the most beautiful couples in showbiz. Both are attractive and successful in their fields. While followers were confident that the two might end up together for the rest of their lives, news that they unfollowed each other would emerge.
Soon, doubts were cast on whether LC was making her own publicity when she unfollowed HP for the nth time. Like kids, the couple has been unfollowing–following each other and when things seemed to indicate their relationship was over, they start following each other again. This time, word has it that the two are having a major disagreement.
Recently, LC found out that HP has been spending time with his children and even have them have a sleepover at his house. As LC has various commitments, she cannot stay put and monitor the activities of HP. When LC asked HP about it, he affirmed the question casually. This laidback admission infuriated LC and a streak of jealousy prevailed. LC can be very possessive. HP is allegedly a god in bed, which LC enjoys. Thoughts of HP making out with the mother of his children would be raised by LC. Of course, HP would deny such things, as he and her former lover have moved on.
The latest argument seemed trivial, but it again opened up hurts. LC wanted to go to an event, but HP refused. LC replied that she does not need his permission in the same way that he never asked hers when he visits his kids or have them in his home. A discussion ensued, but LC had her way and once again, the unfollowing saga restarted. LC loves HP, but jealousy can sometimes blind love.
