Let Down Boy

Lucky are those people who find simple, uncomplicated relationships. Love might be a wonderful feeling but consequences of controversial factors could drastically change the lives of lovers. Wrong circumstances can even lead to breaking up the relationship and the former lovers could move on or remain in despair. The worst is choosing death over life for others.
However, these days, young lovers just have to learn that passion could indeed change their lives. When Young Actor (YA) was noticed for his loyalty to a station, his management did not waste time to continue his career. YA became popular and well-loved by fans. Thus, he had so much promise and potential for more projects with his management. At a young age, he was set to give a better life for his family. Things changed, as one day, his absence in a show became evident, giving rumors a basis.
When Production Head (PH) found out about the rumor, YA was yanked out of the show. YA was reprimanded and PH could not encourage the image of a young boy becoming a father at a very young age. Indeed, YA is still a minor. Thus, YA lost his projects, which left his family thinking of their financial future. Meanwhile, as it takes two to tango, His Partner (HP) was subjected to scrutiny, especially when she went on leave.
As the rumors became louder, YA and HP continued to dismiss the story and even mock netizens commenting on the rumor. Even people close to HP denied any of the stories alluded to her taking time off. While the public might be clamoring for the truth or at the very least, a statement that would categorically deny the rumor, such would not be easy. Admission of the act could put both in hot water, as age is a vital factor. The family of YA has even looked into legal remedy, as HP is older and assumed more mature than YA.
While no one has really verified any detail, a few months might spell the difference. Incidentally, how true is the claim that HP already flew abroad and was even sent off by YA?
“There's no limit to how complicated things can get, on account of one thing always leading to another.” ― E.B. White

Repost: Boracay Island to Close for Six Months Starting on April 26

President Rodrigo Duterte on Wednesday approved the recommendation of three government agencies for a six-month closure of Boracay effective April 26 to make way for the rehabilitation of the world-famous holiday destination.
Duterte arrived at the decision during the 24th Cabinet meeting in Malacañang where the proposal of the Departments of Environment and Natural Resources, Interior and Local Government, and Tourism was tackled, according to presidential spokesperson Harry Roque.
Senior Deputy Executive Secretary Menardo Guevarra described the discussion on the matter as “exhaustive,” adding calamity funds “will be activated to tide affected workers over.”
Before this, the Office of the President received the detailed memorandum containing the justification of the three agencies pushing for the closure.
Details of the memorandum have yet to be released by the Palace, which it had asked in light of concerns on the closure's impact on businesses and livelihood in the area.
The Palace had also considered a recommendation from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) for the shutdown to be done in phases.
Stakeholders earlier said the impending closure of the prime tourist destination may result in at least P56 billion in foregone revenues and render 36,000 people jobless.
Duterte had said that he will shut down the island, which he described as a "cesspool," if its sewage problem would remain unresolved in six months.
He also threatened to slap sedition charges against those who would actively resist his plan to restore Boracay to its pristine state. —JST, GMA News
