While his appearance in the major channels became less, as younger talents emerged, his network did not let him down. He still had projects with the network, but not as frequent as before. However, unlike other talents, TP remained loyal and did not move to any other station.
Just as when TP was going to be relegated in the backdrop, he suddenly got a call from a production arm of the network. TP was the choice of the Cute Host (CH) of an upcoming show. Although excited, TP was not surprised because he was introduced to CH at a private gathering a few weeks back. During the said event, TP was introduced to CH. When one is introduced to CH, one does not flinch, one gets mesmerized. Naturally, TP entertained CH, and they talked as if they were the best of friends.
During a similar event, the two met again, and this time, they decided to have dinner. The bond got stronger.
Now, when the production team learned that CH did not like the idea of having a wacky female co-host, they could not understand where he was coming from until he suggested he wanted TP to be his partner. Of course, the production team could not risk losing CH and besides, TP is competent when it comes to the theme of the said program.
As the program required an out of town trip, the production team further understood where CH was coming from. CH had a request, which was hard to turn down, as it had budget implications. CH said that it was okay for him to share a room with TP. Originally, the team had already planned for separate rooms for the two.
After the shoot, CH and TP decided to explore the place further and even went clubbing after. The next day, the crew had to extend patience as the two were hours late for the call time. When TP and CH arrived, the crew could only look at each other, as they had suspicions of what could have transpired the night before. What CH wants, CH gets. Besides, TP could have reminded him of an alleged former lover, who has since distanced himself from CH. In case, TP manages to get back to doing major roles in the network, no one would wonder why he suddenly would become more visible than ever. After all, CH could be very influential if he decides to do so.
