Pursuing Love

“No labels, please,” seems to be the standard reply nowadays when press people ask if certain celebrities are in a relationship. Even if the perceived couple is seen together in various events, expect denials that they are in a commitment. For some, denying is their way of circumventing possible clauses in contracts that demand they remain single for a certain period. For others, non-confirmation is their way of keeping their privacy. Nonetheless, for most couples, confirmation only happens when they air in media their sentiments over a relationship that has ended.

At any rate, some celebrities have given up on love, but suddenly wake up realizing that someone has entered their lives. Versatile Actor (VA) is one of them. During his younger days, whenever VA was in love, the whole world knew about it. VA was not one who would deny that he was involved with an actress nor would he hide his feelings for a particular person. Thus, his fans would admire his honesty and his effort to please his partner. When he decided to settle down, people thought that it was about time that he did. He has practically spent his whole life in the entertainment industry, and thus, it was right that he should revel in his own happiness. Unfortunately, marriage did not bring out the best of him, and soon, he and his wife separated. From then on, VA was cynical on matters of the heart until he realized Pretty and Talented actress (PT) was making him smile again.

The start of PT in the business is a stark contrast to that of how VA found his fame. PT had to undergo several tests and had to prove herself worthy of a slot in her network. Competition was tough, but PT persevered and her management was pleased. As she tried to balance school and her career, PT’s showbiz career took an unexpected turn. Without much fanfare, she left the business to attend to the most precious gift she had received in life. However, PT was not one to be let down and soon, she returned to circulation and even successfully reinvented her image. Like VA, love was elusive for PT.

As they found themselves working in the same network, VA and PT started to notice each other and they hit it off. Although they are seen together, VA would not say anything unlike before. Yet, in private, VA would actually express how much he appreciates how someone is taking care of his needs and showing him care, which he had been missing. His life seems to be more organized and on track nowadays. More importantly, VA seems to be more focused on his career. Nonetheless, given VA’s revelations, some are even assuming that their alleged relationship might already be on a deeper level and that they might have even decided to spend time under one roof.

At this point in their careers, VA and PT seem to be taking care of their alleged relationship and that neither would confirm nor deny their status. One thing is for sure, both finally found love they deserve.
