Uniqlo SM Aura Premier Opens on May 17!
On May 17, Uniqlo will open its first store in the Philippines for 2013 at SM Aura Premier in Taguig. May 24 will be another big date for Uniqlo in the Philippines as the it opens its first provincial store in SM Pampanga. This will be followed by two store openings in June—SM Fairview on the 14th and Glorietta on the 28. The Glorietta store opening marks Uniqlo’s first anniversary in the Philippines.

How Much Do I Love Thee?

But lest we forget – not all mothers are created equal.
On such special day, there are grieving mothers as well. Grieving because of the painful situations they are in and their personal circumstances with their loved ones, particularly their children.
Ertswhile singing phenomenon SP was the toast of the entertainment world. SP’s mother MO was her world, her greatest musical influence, the one who honed her talent that brought her to dizzying heights that no one thought was possible.
Until SP’s awakening came into the picture. Gradually, she started to question MO why things were the way they were. SP allegedly realized she was missing a lot and wanted to ‘explore’ the world on her own terms - much to MO’s shock and utter disgust.
Soon relationship between SP and MO grew apart as SP continued to rebel and made things difficult for MO whom she accused as very controlling. In the process, their situations got worse, further damaging both their personal and professional relations. SP’s career was the casualty.
SP’s “transformation” became her biggest issue with her family. She ditched her sweet image and in its place emerged an edgy, tattood look. Along with it, SP allegedly allowed herself to be influenced and used by the girls she got involved with which included one who previously worked for her. She also got involved with a fan that got MO very furious.
But the one SP is reportedly very serious about until now is a girl GI she met during a show. GI turned out to be a rival during SP’s amateur singing days. Their photos together attracted the public and had gone viral in no time. The affair has gone so deep that the two are allegedly living together now. Reportedly, SP succumbs to GI’s wishes and spoils her without limit, making daily big bank withdrawals as if there’s no tomorrow. The situation had alarmed MO that she allegedly went to the police to seek help – but this has yet to be confirmed.
Right now, talks are wild that SP is taking GI to the US to get married sometime this June. Looks like nothing and no one can stop the lovers who are so blissfully happy and content with each other. GI’s last tweet in February - H4M – also known as "happy 4th monthsary."
At present, both are reportedly hiding from their respective families. Indeed – what love can do…

Obsessing over Skin Color

One of the biggest discoveries
of the network are two young actresses who started as unknown talents
in a teleserye who ended up as household names. However, instead of
putting them together in a project, the network has set them off
separately.
Insecure
discovery (ID) prides herself for her naturally-brown skin or her being
a morena. Fans accepted the way she looks that matches her current
partner's in a loveteam that always gets the loudest of screams.
However, people who know her sense a bit of insecurity on her part
whenever she is compared with her fellow young actress (YA).
While
YA has been given a variety of roles, ID is now tied to her loveteam
and goody, nice girl roles. Nonetheless, both have delivered quite well
for their network, so their rivalry has not been played up.
Why
is ID insecure anyway? Well, unlike ID, YA has a naturally-fair skin,
which ID envies. It sounds shallow, but we are a nation obsessed with
"white" skin. Thus, ID opted to use various whitening products to the
point that she has developed a bit of addiction to them. ID will not go
out of her dressing room unless she had used these whitening stuff.
Those who are privy to it joked that the only thing she hasn't done is
gulping those products.
