As someone who has had ear issues even after surgery, I tend to speak louder than usual in public because my hearing isn’t fully balanced. It happens even at the office too.
I chanced upon you years ago in rustans makati. And you were loudly talking to your companion.
Wala siyang anak na minor to act as dependents.
The condescension in this tweet is unreal. Complaining publicly on social media about low-wage airport staff just having a normal conversation? You’re in a public airport, not your private living room. The elitism is showing! 🙄
@10:52am Common sense lang yon. Hindi naman sila high wage workers. Hindi sila doctor, politician or actor like Dolphy.
Classism at its finest. If noise bothers you that much while waiting for your flight, buy better noise-canceling headphones instead of publicly shaming regular workers on X.
Pero the tone says it all. Always looking down on service workers and acting like everyone should adjust to her presence. Kakaloka!
I think she was more of offended when the young employees didnt recognise her and she didnt get respect she felt was due for her as a seasoned celeb. And as she said shes also guilty of talking too loud so whats the deal, its normal for people to sometimes get carried away and become loud.
The nerve to generalize the 'work ethics' of ordinary Filipino workers over a minor annoyance! You're sitting comfortably getting ready to board a flight while these workers are on their feet doing their jobs. A little empathy and humility wouldn't hurt! 💅
Kulang na lang sabihin niyang 'know your place' sa mga airport staff. Out of touch celebrity mindset! Imagine being so bothered by people talking beside you that you have to tweet it to thousands of followers just to feel superior🤦♀️
It's so wrong to call out those two employees especially kung nasa place of work ka nila. It's not like they are in your private space or area.
While typing this.. i had to tell them.. hahaha!! So rant lang talaga to tita?!? Gusto naten magsumbong sa social media? Sinabihan mo tumahimik naman, so bakit tinuloy ang pag post? Kase na inis ka? Hahaha
Filipinos (majority, not all) everywhere all over the world are very loud people that includes me when I’m with loud friends. We have to pipe down a bit, have some class we are all educated peeps. The young generation of filams stay away from us, literally. They are truly embarrassed by us. 😂😬
Para yun lang? Move to another seat or get a better noise cancelling headset like others are suggesting. Di naman biro work nila, minsan pang relax kahit paano yung naguusap. I've encountered this many times at di lang sa Pinas, natutuwa pa nga ako kasi kahit paano nalilibang sila. Di naman ear-shattering yung paguusap.
She didn’t say na huwag mag-usap. That’s the problem with us pinoys, ayaw natin napapagsabihan.
Nag-uumpukan at nagkukwntuhan. Pwede ba pag break nyo, magtago kayo. Or if working hours, mag work kayo hindi puro kwentuhan. Such an eye sore.
ano yun bawal mag usap? dapat mag bulungan? it’s normal to hear other people’s conversations. especially in a PUBLIC place. napaka entitled naman nito.
We can see from the comments above na totoong maingay at walang pakialam ang mga pinoy sa paligid nila.
At first akala ko magsi sympathize ako but turns out napaka entitled pala ng post nya.
Zsa did not downgrade or belittled anyone. You are calling out Zsa Zsa for posting this and calling her elitista etc. anong difference nyo sa ginawa nya?
8:50 you're correct and mas maganda nga na i-post ni zsazsa yun para magkaron ng ganitong discussion. malalaman natin sino ang professional sa trabaho na may karapatang umasenso at sino ang mga mediocre na magiging sunod sunuran lang habang buhay kakareklamo dahil napagsabihan. instead na mamulat sa ginawang mali eh magdadahilan pa
It’s called mindless chattering. Especially sa staff, always be mindful of professionalism.
MOST pinoys, walang concept of personal space and public etiquette.

DeleteTrue. My dad is like this din.
DeleteAnong maarte dun? I’m sure di nya sinabu but pinag uusapan siguro sya.
Delete9:31 doubt doubt pa e malinaw na dyan sa post naririnig nya but di nya sinabing about her ang topic tse
DeleteAng arte owti ba naman yan complain mo pa? I chanced upon you years ago in rustans makati. And you were loudly talking to your companion.
ReplyDeletePa tawag pansin
Binasa mo ba ng buo? Inamin nga nya na guilty din sya of talking loudly.
DeleteSoooo?
Besides airport is a public space.

ReplyDeleteIt's so wrong to call out those two employees especially kung nasa place of work ka nila. It's not like they are in your private space or area.

DeleteActually, 10:39 kung nasa lounge sya no no yan. Maingay talaga ang mga pinoy in general, may hearing prob man o wala.
DeleteSo entitled!
I agree.
ReplyDeleteIsn’t Airports naturally loud?? Lol unless she’s always seated inside the airplane.
ReplyDeleteYung mga nagcocomment dito walang work ethics.
