Sad to say but this very true, corruption runs in the Philippines and Filipinos blood in any and every form and shape. Even in any school activities, Barangay level competitions, local pageants, etc. Name it, you’ve got the whole day. Even in national TV reality shows, where public viewers have to vote using monetary, but still results are suspicious.
rich people problem that became our problem because these rich people are also government officials who spend government funds from peoples taxes. if they can't be trusted with small things, imagine what they can do with bigger things.. or maybe we don't have to wonder anymore
