The same sa Hollywood. Millions kinikita ng artista per project pero yung mga creatives ang sweldo maliit lang. Hanggang hindi fair ang distribution of wealth dahil meron tinitingala na level ganyan ang mangyayari.

May responsibilidad po ang employer sa kanyang mga empleyado. Even the actions of its employees over other employees lalo nasa positions of power. Kaya nga dumistansya agad yung GMA para di sila masama sa habla for damages.
