I hate using the word performative. It's so freaking genx but the words is so appropriate for derek. The deep, sad voice isn't landing. While everyone's pessimistic abt ellen & his walwal days, she sounds more credible in this story.

Love, the way that people use to describe that strong feeling towards someone, really means nothing. The feeling is so strong that you overlook that you are not good for one another. I don’t believe the saying it’s better to have loved and lost than to never have loved at all if the ending is just going to be hatred, stress, resentment, bitterness and all.

Gaya ng ginawa nya kina Bea, Sharon (noon), Pokwang, AiAi, Kris, at ang pinakapaborito nya noon na anak anakan na si Willie, na paborito na rin nyang tirahin. Waiting ako sa reaction nya...hahahaha
Anong klaseng word salad naman yan Manong Derek. Hay naku huwag ka pa victim. Nag cheat ka sa asawa mo, now your sorry cause your caugh? Ang mali mo napangasawa mo isang babae na may pera at hindi takot iwan ka.
If he truly knows the meaning of sacrifice, understanding and true love, he could have tried a little harder to save his marriage. Ellen was in deep postpartum depression and that was the time that she needed him badly but he was too immature to stand by her. He did not try to face it with care, love, patience and understanding but he’d rather run around in circles without confronting the problems. I’m with Ellen side on this one. He is not trustworthy and dependable considering they have the precious beautiful new baby. He’s too weak. But I guess he has too much on his plate worrying about his parents. I hope his dad will get better!!
