My gosh. Naaawa talaga ako dito. Not being able to see, hold and talk to your child is the torture the ex wants to inflict. What's up with our justice system? Imagine a wife/mother with no means. There's not even any justice for maggie na may kaya pa. What of the poor? There really is no justice for the poor.
I hate to say this, may mali si Maggie. You shouldn’t leave your marital house and fight for your child. Never leave your child coz in the eyes of law that’s abandonment. Divorce/anullment Is hard at times feels so unfair.
She mentioned that she was scared for her life. She knows her ex will not abuse or hurt her son. She needs to stay safe too. Remember what they did to Maggie's family? How police were sent to force them out of the house? Cut off their utilities etc?

Si Daddy naman yata talaga may major custody. Parang na hurt lang ego nung husband nung dinala nya sa bahay nila ang kanyang boylet- eto din yata pinagmulan ng kaso nya.
Dapat nag take siya ng legal action. Talagang ganun gagawin ng asawa niya lahat mapaalis siya pero sana lumaban siya para sa anak niya at di niya sinukuan anak nya. Kumuha siya ng legal team din, kasal sila may karapatan siya.
Maggie didn’t play her card right at the beginning of separation. I remember she was invited to Connor’s birthday hosted by Victor and posted her rant on social media. She also had other posts shading Victor. Maggie’s guy friend’s posts did not help with her situation either. That’s why many lawyers will tell their client to play nice and stay away from social media until everything is settled.
