Sabi nga nila anything before the word “kaso or but” in a sentence is irrelevant. Negative pa din. Show us nga ng rule book na bawal magsuot ng white at veil ang hindi na virgin.
I was a virgin bride yrs ago at nasa college na anak ko ngayon. But unlike you 8:59, di namn na stuck ang mind ko sa old ways. Carla or any other bride can wear the color they wanted for a wedding gown. Ewan ko ba sino ngturo sa mga babae na only virgins can wear pure white. Yung indians nga ngwear ng red, yung iba gusto gold. Though my mom has same mindset as you, but sa akin lang, naintindihan ko ang gusto ng bawat bride ngayon. Cguro if malaswa tingnan doon nako mg react. But ang ganda2x ni Carla in her gown. So let her be.
I’m glad celebrities are steering away from over-the-top sequins and fully beaded gowns. Sophisticated elegance is clearly having a momen, and I’m loving it. From Angelica to Loisa and now Carla, it’s refreshing to see radiant brides instead of gowns trying to steal the spotlight.
She is a beautiful bride BUT I just hope the celebrities can wear more Filipino made gowns. It does not only help the economy but gives jobs sa ating mamamayan. Just sayin
Its the lacy mantilla veil that stood out. Of course, with her beautiful face. No embellishments were needed in the dress. Overall, beautifully elegant with a vintage vibe.
Maganda c Carla and her wedding gown especially the veil. kaso ang white wedding gown lalo na ang pagsusuot ng veil is meant for virgin brides.
ReplyDelete8:59 Teh, kung yan panuntunan mo, halos walang may karapatag magbelo. Lol
DeleteTo naman!
Delete8:59 - wala nang virgin na kinakasal uy! Hahaha
DeleteSabi-sabi lang yon. Kaloka ka.
DeleteTse!
DeleteSays who?
DeleteNot anymore, Tita. If a bride wants to wear a veil, so be it.
DeleteTulog na lola..
DeleteAng nega mo nman Tita, kung gusto nya mag white and veil, let her be. Wala na po tyo sa 1800s.
DeleteIt's a tradition not the law
DeleteOk sabi mo eh
DeleteTrue
DeleteSabi nga nila anything before the word “kaso or but” in a sentence is irrelevant.

ReplyDeleteClassy and elegant
ReplyDeleteGanda.
ReplyDeleteKaya po ba hindi nakatakip sa face nya yung veil kasi she got married na before? Asking lang po since wala akong idea, thank you
ReplyDeleteProbably the reason if you are traditional. Pero maganda naman yung veil nya regardless of the reason.
DeleteI don't know the reason, too, but ang ganda ng mukha nya para takpan pa. Let it show.
DeleteGrabe ganda talaga ni Carla parang diosa
DeleteMarami ng brides who opt not to wear yung veil over their face, even first time brides. I wore the same mantilla veil as Carla's almost 40 yrs ago.
DeleteMost beautiful bride.
ReplyDeleteI agree
DeleteMaganda. Para siyang si Virgin Mary

ReplyDeleteGanun yata kasi gown nya sa first wedding nya. Sinimplehan nya ngayon pero with a beautiful veil
DeleteMasyadong ginandahan naiinggit ako
ReplyDeleteShe is a beautiful bride BUT I just hope the celebrities can wear more Filipino made gowns. It does not only help the economy but gives jobs sa ating mamamayan. Just sayin
ReplyDeleteYou do you. Her wedding, her choice, her own money to spend. Labas na tayo dun. you can help by supporting them, huwag lang diktahan ang iba.
DeleteRosa clara may be a foreign brand but if she bought that sa greenbelt well pinoy mga nagwowork dun!!!
DeleteAy grabehh super pretty nya. Congrats! Deserve mo ang happy life.
ReplyDeletePerfection!
ReplyDeleteCarla can pull off a simple wedding dress with her beauty. What's more important is the marriage.
ReplyDeleteDislike. I’m not a fan of wedding gowns na labas ang mga braso or chest area. Marriage is sacred. Hindi naman ito basta event lang.
ReplyDeleteE di hindi ka fan. Dami mong hanash.
ReplyDeleteWith that face, you have to wear something simple. She is drop-dear gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteBlooming sya, bagay un make up nya, simple kaya lalong lumabas un natural beauty nya.
ReplyDeleteRadiant bride stunning wedding gown
She was super radiant.
ReplyDeleteIts the lacy mantilla veil that stood out. Of course, with her beautiful face. No embellishments were needed in the dress. Overall, beautifully elegant with a vintage vibe.
ReplyDeleteWould've liked her blush not too putok or parang sinampal but other than that, the whole look is perfection. 👌
ReplyDeleteLikely!!!!
