9:02 how is Magellan socially relevant when it's set centuries ago? I haven't seen it but I'm curious bakit you called this socially relevant as compared to other short listed films like Sunshine or Green Bones.

That said, sana talagang Filipino movie sinubmit natin. Just saw the trailers. They only showed 1 scene. Ni-walang pinakita na Pinoy. It's from Magellan's perspective

Because Magellan is of different nationality? Meaning, they can tell a story from a different perspective. Kung si Lapu Lapu, ano pang perspective ang pwede nating ibigay eh hindi naman siya naglakbay sa ibang bansa?
