  1. Daig pa ladies of the Russian oligarchs and the wives of the Middle East Oil magnates? Is HE with access to billions? How? Is it her own personal income or is it coming from somewhere else?

    1. Madami naman kasi iba pang brands and maybe those other wives you refer to prefer other luxury brands. In the same way na hindi na top buyer si HE sa ibang brands.

    3. Nakakakilabot ang lavish spendings, stacking millions of jewelries on her body para sa isang fashion influencer na never naging top taxpayer (never a bankable or big superstar) among our biggest celebrities from a 3rd world country and take note she’s the Philippines senator’s wife at that!

    7. Ay shunga 10:54pm. Sige magbulag bulagan na lang kayo. Hahaha

Dividends are no longer covered in the ITR because the final income tax has already been deducted. In short magdodoble sila ng bayad tax if meron pa sila individual tax. Basa bass din kasi wag puro gangirling. Mygahd.

    9. If you have a business, the goal iss never to be the top tax payer. The goal instead is to get the maximum tax incentives allowed by law. Also, it's possible her business deals were course through her own company. This could have been filed under corporate tax.

Well nung panahon namin, malaking business talaga yan.

      Delete
    11. 10:54 FYI Billionaires like Ayala, Dy, or Ramon Ang usually hold their wealth through their corporations.

Wealth held in corporations or via stocks/dividends have different tax rules vs. income from acting/endorsements.

      Delete
    12. 10:54 They have conglomerates to show for it.

Along with catriona, kim chiu and other na vocal sa pagcondena sa corruption. May K NAMAN SILA DAHIL MALAKI AT BINABAYAD NILANG TAXES .

    14. So are people here implying na ka level ni HE ang mga Aboitiz, Sy at Ayala? Ano nga ang negosyo nya? National level na business ha...

      Delete

Then they sold their one branch to his bro na tatay ni happy ongpauco! So in short wala ng business yung tatay nya kya naghiwalay ung parets nya duh!! And you mga delulu keep on pushing na crazy rich asian sila omg ahahaha!! Yesss she has lots of endorsements ngayon but with all her luhos since naging sila ni chiz, talo pa nya mga ayala at zobel ahahaha!!! Fanaticism! The irony is that some Filipinos love these kinds of personalities, but the moment someone speaks up, especially when something our “idols” do wrong, we think of these criticisms as “bashing o inggit” instead of something we should actually consider as discernment and our right to the truth.

      Delete
    2. Then something is very wrong with you. Please seek help.

    3. 9:40 & 10:01 bakit, proven na ba yan accusations nyo? Convicted na ba sya? Pr0ve nyo muna, wag puro assumptions and tsismis! May trabaho sya, 50 endorsements ba naman at present with businesses pa and collabs.

    7. Ito yung di ko naiintindihan sa atin. Yung tendency for idolatry na nawawala na yung critucal thinking at discernment as some people have in full display here. Yung mga iniidolo niyo can do no wrong kahit andiyan na mga facts. Believe me when I say this. You may love Heart but she doesn't love you back. You are farthest and remotest from her mind. Wala siyang pakialam kahit malugmok kayo sa hirap or sa baha. Let that sink in.

    13. 8:14 Kahit gaano ka kasipag, hindi ka magiging 2nd big buyer in the whole world for one brand only kung wala kang big business. Dapat may iba kang source of income or may steady flow ng cash ka.

      Delete
  5. Eh ano naman ngayon? May pera sya at may prenup arrangement sila ni Chiz. Wala sya access sa pera ni Chiz.

  6. Tina tax ba ng Philippines income abroad? Serious question. Bka kc bull of her income outside of the Philippines kaya hindi top taxpayer?

    ReplyDelete

    1. Who will pay her millions abroad??? Sya nga yung bumibili ng luxe stuff. Pinaka income nya is her local endorsements, madali lang ma kwenta gastos nya kasi she flaunts it.

      Delete
    3. Philippines parin taxes niya even earned abroad. As afar as I know, seafarers and OFW’s lang exemption.

      Delete
    4. Income abroad is not being taxed in the Philippines. The same sa mga OFWs natin. So bulk of her income comes from work abroad.

      Delete
    5. If you're a filipino citizen, income in all sources are taxable. The tax you paid abroad are creditable to your tax due here in the PH.

      Delete
    6. 10:04 read Philippine taxation law

      Delete
    7. 9:45 the likes of Giambattista Valli, Louboutin, Mugler, Schiaparelli

      Delete
    8. In and outside income from resident citizens are taxable,so fail yung claim nyo na di na sya tinatax sa Pilipinas although credited yung binayaran nyang tax abroad para iwas double taxation. So kailangan parin mageeflect sa ITR yung income abroad if meron man

      Delete
    9. Under RA 8424 Sec. 23(A), kapag resident citizen ka ng Philippines, you are taxable on all income worldwide kahit saan mo pa kinita. Yung exemption na sinasabi niyo like sa OFWs applies lang sa non-resident citizens, hindi sa mga clearly living and based dito. So kung may campaign abroad or even Hollywood projects, dapat i-declare pa rin sa PH.

Example lang, may boxer kumikita abroad (US, Macau fights), pero BIR still went after him kasi as a PH resident, he had to declare his global income. Same with other artists, kahit may Broadway or international projects, they still file taxes here.

And dagdag pa, the 1987 Constitution (Art. XI, Sec. 1) literally says public officials must “lead modest lives.” That’s why in lifestyle checks by the Ombudsman, pati assets and expenses ng spouse and kids are included, kasi they can easily reflect unexplained wealth tied to the public servant.

      Delete
    10. Only ofw are not taxable. Remember, Manny has a case with BIR because of his winnings abroad?

      Delete
    11. Dba may exemptions din sila.. Dba may treaty and France and PI about sa pagtatax, pwedeng maexempt or pwedeng maliit nalang binabayad na tax dito sa Pinas.

      Delete
    12. 1226 hahaha mind you, they only PAY their main endorser which is not heart. And brands like them never really resort to endorsements by celebs in a way that we do it here locally. Iba ang marketing strat nila, they call it seasonal campaigns. atsaka dapat mag reflect pa din sa tax returns ni heart like how manny pacquaio's prof fees reflected sa tax returns nya, tapos deductible na lang sa tax dues nya yung credits na binayadan nya abroad.

      Delete
    13. 12:26 in your dreams. Why will they pay her millions? She’s not famous. She’s not their ambassador. It’s the other way around. She spends millions for these brands to notice her and build a rapport with her

  21. If ❤️ is getting paid by the companies abroad, this is the explanation why she is not included in the list of highest celebrity tax payers.
If a Filipino celebrity earns abroad, that income is still taxable in the Philippines under the worldwide income rule. When filing the ITR, the full foreign income must be declared, and any taxes already paid abroad can be claimed as a Foreign Tax Credit (FTC), which will show up in the return and reduce the Philippine tax due. However, for BIR’s Top/Highest Taxpayers list, the ranking is based on the gross tax due before credits. Therefore, the Foreign Tax Credit (FTC) is not considered when the BIR ranks the highest taxpayers.

But most of her income or endorsements are in PH. Kaya I still wonder why she is not included in the list. Sa influence ng asawa nya, they can easily talk to BIR to release the list of celebrity top tax payers kung saan mang city nagbabayad si Heart. Pero bakit hindi magawa?

  31. Somebody from a third world country as the biggest buyer of YSL doesn’t add up. Is she that rich like the prominent names in the country? No. So how in the world she can afford them? Mapapaisip ka talaga where the money came from.

    1. True! Being a fashion influencer/endorser alone is not enough. Does she even have her own business empire that generates a lot of income? (Don’t get me started with “they own Barrio Fiesta” palusot)
She’s not even on the same wealth bracket as the Kardashians to be able to afford all that! And not to mention that the Kardashians reached Billionaire status by being business moguls. Yung Kendall pa nga ang pinaka mababa ang net worth sakanila even though she’s the world’s highest paid model eh. So hindi enough ang pagiging top endorser LANG

Not everything needs to be flaunted in social media dear 🤐

Let's say me kaya ka or pamilya mo but be sensitive kasi madaming mahihirap na di natutulungan ng mga binoto niyo. Bakit di kayo magtayo ng mga feeding foundation or something to help them. Be a good example to people. Don't flaunt what you have

  42. this is from Anon 12:41 AM

  43. I paid so much tax, 40% of my salary. I work really hard para makabili ng bahay, tapos sila nanakawin lang pinaghirapan ko para lang makapag arte. While raining, kinakabahan ako if baha pauwi ko while stuck in traffic, sila may helicopter na nakahilata lang at home vlogging and bragging aboit it. Tapos sila pa galit. Theres a special place for you in the afterlife.

Saan galing ang yaman hindi naman siya big star like Sharon or Kris who both come from old rich?

  50. The whole story about the claim of her own makeup artist, Memay Francisco, casually dropping it in a comment section. Reality check: to be the #2 buyer in the world, she’d have to blow through $500,000 to $2M+ a year—outspending royalty, heiresses, and actual billionaires. Even the biggest influencers don’t hit that mark unless they’re sitting on major tech or global brand equity.
