Vico Sotto must have talked to his uncle or Tito Sen must have been influenced/inspired by his nephew that it's possible to have good governance. It's hard to make a stand such as Tito Sen's now kasi minority lang sila.
TS has been a government employee for many many years and yet the corruption is now rampant :D :D :D If you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem ;) ;) ;)
