For example, even with the simplest thing like pag process ng documents sa Pinas, it will take you the whole day plus peperahan ka pa. Dito 15 minutes in and out. Pag nahuli ka sa daan, papagbayadin ka or bibigyan ka ng problema.
Corruption exists in all levels of government - mula sa traffic enforcers and taga process ng drivers licenses to the Senators and President. So yes, wala na pong pag-asa ang Pilipinas.

Totoo. One time pumunta ako sa SSS branch namin, may number na ako sa naghihintay na tawagin ang number ko. Walang number na tinawag, hintay kami ng hintay na dalawang oras. Hindi nakatiis yung isa sa amin, pumunta sa likod ng staff para magtanong kung bakit ang tagal naming tinawag. Naku, kaya pala hindi kami tinawag dahil nanonood ng NBA games sa computer nya. Ang impakto talaga ng ibang mga trabahante sa gobyerno. Dinabihan namin na dana may video para mag trending sa social media.
Don’t lose HOPE. I still believe the Philippines is worth fighting for. We may not be able to undo the past, but we can ACT NOW for our children and the generations to come. Every Filipino MUST make a lifelong commitment to fight corruption every single day. It may be hard, but that is the only way forward. The fight against corruption cannot end with rallies or speeches. It must continue RELENTLESSLY until we finally root it out completely from government. There is MOMENTUM now, and we must not waste it. I still believe that the majority of our people are good and decent, and together Filipinos can finally reclaim the nation they deserve!

Hindi lang kay duterte even sa old admins rampant yan.Meron nga sa reddit nagkwento na taga bank nagwork, back in 2010-2011 yung yrs, na may secret account yung gov official client nila at kahit di na office hrs need nila ma-transact yung client kasi super laki ng pera na napapasok sa bank.
Investigate all, pero hindi priority ang Duterte projects. Why? Meron ngayong huli na, at very recently nangyari bakit di pa iprioritize yan? Kungbaga nasa harap mo na ang isang dagang nakapuslit sa bahay mo pero gusto mo muna hanapin yung iba pa bago mo puksain yun nasa harap mo na?
Nagbabasa naman ako ng news, so politically aware ako - mapa Philippines or International news. But my views changed when I travelled to other Southeast Asian countries.
I work in travel, so I always pay attention to what the other SEAsia airports look like. Walang sinabi NAIA sa Bangkok Suvarnabumi airport and Hanoi No Bai airport. Manila could have been Bangkok :( I noticed halos pareho tayo ng hospitality and customer service with the Thais. Pero lamang sila sa infrastructure. And Vietnam? Correct me if I'm wrong - mas angat tayo kahit papano sa economy, but eventually they will surpass us.
Our government officials only think of themselves. Puro kurakot. Hindi nila iniisip na paano tayong lahat uunlad. Sa totoo lang hindi ako proud as a Filipino. But I'm a proud Southeast Asian.

One of Anne Curtis' advocacies is donating/funding construction of school buildings kaya her concerns are genuine. I'm saying this kasi nagpatayo sya ng school building sa lugar namin (QC) through a private construction firm. Ganun sya ka-generous sa pagshare ng blessings nya/pag tulong sa mga tao/estudyande. So pag ganitong siste na substandard ang gawa ng mga classrooms ng gobyerno, nakakaworry naman talaga.
