"Sa totoo lang, parang nu'ng nasa stage ako kanina, sa rehearsal. Syempre, 'di ko maiwasan na maalala 'yung mga memories namin [ni Heaven] katulad nu'ng mga mall show. Pero natutuwa pa rin ako kasi... Heaven and I will always just leave a smile on my face. Like all of those memories, it doesn't matter if we don't end up together, I will cherish that 'til I get old," he told The Philippine STAR in an ambush interview, hours away from the Vivarkada Grand FanCon and concert on Friday, August 15, 2025 at the Araneta Coliseum. In July 2025, Heaven confirmed their separation and reassured fans that they remain "good friends."
