I'm an introvert and I started to dye my hair and change styles back in 2014. Pero last year was my last. Hirap i-maintain at magastos. But as to why we do it, personally it's my way of expressing what I can't verbally. When I'm stressed I do something to my hair. When i feel rebellious, I dye my hair. It's another form of expression.
