    1. Aysus, mahal para sa madla pero cheapangga kay Alden. Dami kaya nagastos nyan ni Alden sa mga online games like Genshin Impact. Milyones! Oo, hassle masiraan ng gamit pero sa dami ng ginastos nyan sa Ragnarok, Genshin, etc. Spare change lang sa kanya yan. More on galit lang si ante. Nakakainis nga naman.

  4. Nag-file na kaya siya ng complaint sa proper channels bago dinaan sa social media? Accidents happen but that is the risk of travelling/shipping. Parang medyo nagkakaron ng ere si koya...

    3. Kung may ganyan kang kamahal na item na itatransport dapat kumuha ng insurance. Minsan icocover naman ng airline pero may max amount lang ata sila. At kung may pera ka naman ok na ipaship mo via trusted shipping/courier company basta isecure mo at balutin ng sankatutak na bubble wrap.

    4. 1:41's comment is valid. Report it first but make sure when you travel you have insurance to cover any damages that may happen to your belongings. if cathay doesn't do anything about it, that's the time you call them out online using your social media platforms.

    5. Just file a complaint plus may insurance. Cathay is a good airline they resolve things quickly from my personal experience yan.

    6. Malamang nag file then next step is to post it on socmed para kalampagin ang company. Kami nga na nawala ng kuya ko ganyan ginawa file a complaint then post to socmed, ayun lang delay parin reaction ng airline

  5. Not a first of Cathay Pacific. And most definitely not a first of Alden na nagrereklamo online. Something about him that I can’t put my finger on.

    I guess complains are addressed faster pag sa online na. Never again sa Cathay Pacific na yan

    2. Pumunta ka na ba ng ibang bansa? May bayad po ang extra baggage and he paid for his bike transportation. Natural naman na mag reklamo ka kung nasira ang gamit mo.

    2. Anteh sa panahon kasi ngayon mas mabilis ang action pag dinaan mo sa Social Media, swerte na lang kung artista ka pa dahil mapapansin agad ang pag call out. Nasa Pinas tayo pag dinaan mo sa due process aabutin ka ng 48 years hanggang ikaw na ang sumuko sa reklamo mo.

    7. Most of the times pag hindi i call out sa media either hindi nila aksyunan or patagalan. Plus the amount we are talking about is not cheap so valid lang yan. It's also the duties of the airline to handle the things properly.

  8. I personally think na ireklamo nya muna yan sa usual channel. Kung walang response then maybe idaan nya sa social media. He seems like a nice level headed guy na alam kung kelan gagamitin ang pagiging sikat and sa issue na to parang hindi sya ang galawan..parang cheap influencer na nag powertrip

  9. malamang nahagis yan sa ere o di kaya natamaan ng baggage na mabigat. mahirap mag start ng bagong bike, you have to customize it sa katawan mo. first bike pa niya yan. you cant trust airline people this days. kahit lagyan ng fragile, ihahagis pa rin

  10. Ano gusto mo gawin Alden? Puntahan ka at ibili ka ng bago? Klaruhin mo para maintindihan yung gagawin nila, dapat nakipag usap ka ng harapan. Pag wala silang action dun ka na magpost sa socmed para icall out.

  12. Tho valid at understandable naman ang callout ni Alden (good for Cathay nakahanap sila ng katapat nila) pero i just wonder if normal na tao kaya eto, pansinin kaya or i-entertain kaya ni csthay?
