    1. Tama ka nmn. Boring ang show.

    2. true and this season is a major flop

      Delete
    3. True. The show has bigger problem right now than grammatical errors. Unahin nila muna ang napakababa na ratings at ndi pag trend ng judges and contestants. Sayang binayad sa 2 judges, ndi pa nanaka ROI

      Delete
    4. Boring. Even the loveteam test could not save the show

      Delete
    5. I think yung judges ang kelangan ayusin kesa sa name. Walang dating

      Delete
    6. Kinorek nya yong tamang grammar kaya dapat i-korek ka din. It should be "it's or it is a boring show"... Lol

      Delete
    7. Why bother at this point? That talent show format does not sell anymore. Not even the love team culture can save it.

      Delete
    8. Too much noise over nothing.

The franchise was approved. Hindi naman stupid yung mga nag-approve they have reasons for it.

      Delete
    9. boring, flop, the contestants are not even good and don't let me start with the judges. jusme, wrong choice sila sa mga judge nila ngayon. lahat waley lalo na si kath.

    2. Ok na yan..imagine kung yung country na Laos ang may ganyanv show. Hahaha

      Delete

      Delete
    4. Pepito Manaloto pinapanood ng tao.

      Delete
    5. 1033 now alam mo na ha. need nyo ng tulong ng GMA para mag rate ang show nyo. paki sabi sa fave network mo next time, ipa-collab na din sa GMA ang PGT para mag rate naman. also alisin lahat ng judge dyan lalo na si KB. baka sakaling mag rate na ang PGT by then

      Delete
  4. There are also brand guidelines and legal considerations, hindi lang grammar. And it can be considered slang...and while it may be grammatically incorrect, it does not mean it is wrong. Neither does it mean there is necessarily something wrong with it.

    ReplyDelete
  5. Yeah correct sya buy let's not life complicate, nobody cares about that

    ReplyDelete

    1. *but let's not make life complicated, sorry sira na phone ko nag ha hang kaloka

  7. A penoy telling a whole nation who invented english that their grammar is wrong :D :D :D Wow... just wow :) :) :)

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Eh tama naman siya talaga. Pilipinas’ got talent naman ang mas appropiate.

      Delete
    2. Tama naman sya

      Delete
    3. Magbasa ka nga smiley

      Delete

      Delete
    5. Ikaw ang penoy kasi utak mo walang lamang sisiw. This is a filipino telling the PHILIPPINES that their grammar is wrong, at bukod tanging PINAS lang ang mali.

      Delete
    6. 1055, mag-aral ka

      Delete
  8. International franchise yan. Correct or incorrect, approved yan nung main office

    ReplyDelete
  9. He's actually right.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Who cares?? Why is everything make it complicated? Plus that show is boring! May nanonood pa ba niyan? Waley ang mga judges except Donnie. Di bagay si Kathryn at Uge mag judges walang dating

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Sino si Donnie?

      Delete
    2. Ito ba yung DonBelle? Ano ba talaga spelling?

      Delete
    3. 1202, I get it you don’t. Obvious naman sa grammar mo.

      Delete
  11. It's a brand name; it doesn't have to follow standard grammar rules.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. I disagree; we should always stick to basic or standard grammar rules. Otherwise, what’s the point of education? Anyone studying or working in media should understand that mass media carries the responsibility to not only entertain but also educate, promote positivity, and uphold good values.

      Delete
    2. 7:54 BRAND NAME NGA TEH. Branding. Alam mo ba yun?

      Delete
    3. 7:54 Whether you disagree or not, walang kwenta yan because we are talking with branding here. It has nothing to do with grammar rules, education, promoting positivity, or upholding good values or kung anumang ka-ekekan mo. It's all about BRANDING. Check mo kung anong ibig sabihin nyan.

      Delete
  12. Not sure if tama ang sagot ko but I think it has nothing to do with grammar, it has to do with the sound it makes when you add 's to words ending in s. If we follow the rule, it will be Pilipinas's/Pilipinas' got talent. Kapag binasa mo yan /Pi-li-pinas-ziz/ So hindi smooth pakinggan. Hence, they didn't add 's just like in America's and Britain's.

    1. Girl Pilipinas-es? Saang mundo ka galing? Eh kapag fashonpulis' chika, e di fashionpulis-es na ang pronuncituon?

      Delete
    2. 12:33 Yes girl. Kapag binasa mo yung mga salita with 's (apostrophe-s), may extra iz o z. And yes, pulis or police's is read as (poli-siz)

      Delete
    3. 12:33 To answer your question girl, oo.Pilipinas with 's is read as Pilipinas-es even Fashion Pulis' is Polis-es. Marami pa akong gustong ibigay na example but you can check it yourself. Hindi mo ba napag-aralan yan noong elementary? Saang mundo ka galing?

      Delete
    4. Tinanong ko si chatgpt at same answer kayo. Haha! Awkward daw kasi isulat at basahin kapag Pilipinas’s Got Talent kaya drinop na lang yun ‘s.

      Delete
    5. Ganyan ang correct way to read 12:33 sa maniwala ka at sa hindi or kahit saang universe ka pa galing. Hence, they removed the ‘s. Even yung Max’s Restaurant, it’s pronunced as MAK-SES.

      Delete
    6. Yes, may -es/-ses sa dulo. Pero mabilisang stress lang pagbinasa. Like just a millisecond.

      Delete
    7. Feeling matalino si 12:33 hahaha. Ayan pahiya ka tuloy.

      Delete
    8. 1233, isa ka pa. Sumama ka kay smiley. Mag-aral kayo.

      Delete
    9. 12:33 James’s is pronounced as (JAYM-ziz). For most singular nouns ending in -s, you still add 's and pronounce an extra -iz sound. Hope this helps!

      Delete
    10. 12:33 ang lakas pa ng loob mong magsabi na saang mundo galing. Para kang yung mga Gen Z sa FB na ang lakas suplahin yung grammar pero sila yung napapahiya in the end.

      Delete
    11. Di ka pa ata nakakain sa Max's restaurant 12:33. Hehe

      Delete
    12. 12:33 dapat ata ikaw ang tanungin namin. Pero hindi saang mundo pero kung saang school ka nag-aral.

      Delete
    13. 12:33 nakakain ka tuloy ng humble pie sa mga FP 😃 now you know, ganyan lang yan share and learn a thing or two para lumawak pa knowledge. If I were you I will skip the saan planeta or mundo intro if you are not sure of your argument .

      Delete
    14. Napahiya si 12:33. Sana nababasa mo to para matuto ka naman. Mas nakakahiya sa outside world pag na call out ka. At least dito you stay anon.

      Delete
  13. Pilipinas’ Got Talent ang gusto ni kuya. Parang iyong mga names na may letter S sa dulo. Example na pangalan na Chris. Chris’ Got Talent.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. As it should be!

      Delete
    2. But it doesn't align na sa branding nila- America's, Canada's, Britain's. Again, it's not about the 's but the sound when you say the title. Gets mo ba yung point 1:33?

      Delete
  14. at this point, wala na din may pake kung baguhin pa yung title. it does not change the fact na flop pa din yung show and waley audience impact

    ReplyDelete
  15. Pilipinas's Got Talent talaga pero since S ang ending ng Pilipinas i guess they decided to drop the 's para mas maganda tignan kahit may mali

    ReplyDelete
  16. For the clout si teh. May pa-“fight me” pa siyang nalalaman. Gusto talaga ng engagement. May tamang lugar sa pagninitpick ng grammar. Sorry to say, nasa maling lugar siya. The argument is totally irrelevant. Mga ganitong observations sinasarili na lang. Pag pinost pa sa socmed, atensyon lang talaga ang gusto.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. And kaya napag iwanan na ang Pilipinas ng Asian neighbors pagdating sa English fluency. Pero wagas kung makapagcomment ang mga pinoy netizens sa socmed ng ‘Pinoys is best on English at whole Asia’ (yes, wrong grammar intended to prove a point!) Haaayyy, so cringey! Just visit the comment sections of Straits Times, CNA, etc.

    1. Mas ok pa yung sa It's Showtime. Host at judges ata talaga nagdadala. Corny nung sa PGT

      Delete
  18. Kala ok si Eugene as judge, medyo waley din sya pala talaga. I guess, hindi magaling ang ka-banter nya kaya nahawa na sya.
Kathryn and Donny walang dating.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Thanks for the enjoyable grammar insight! It’s unfortunate that this generation seems to create their own words without much regard for correctness. Terms like "sumasuccess," "dasurv," "unkabogable," and others have become more common.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Creating own words is another story and there's nothing wrong about that. Part yan ng language evolution. And wag ka masyadong mag-alala kasi certain group of people lang naman ang gumagamit ng mga ganyang salita so hindi siya serious threat. Gaya mo, if you place high regard to correctness, you wouldn't use those words in written and spoken communication, right?

  23. Ngayon lang ako hindi nanonood nyan. Paulit ulit lang ang ginagawa ng mga nag-audition. Sabayan pa ng mga judges at hosts na boring.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Parang pang perya ang mga nag audition. Tapos puro we were so entertained ang mga judges. Dapat peg nila yung It's Showtime

  26. This has nothing to do with grammar. It's more on branding plain and simple.
