This censorship is useless even mtrcb since popcorn sites are easily accessible plus many applications where you can access adult contents. Kung matapang sila at gusto nila ang ganyang eme i ban nila ang mga popcorn sites at mga app like fb, tiktok, telegram, x, only fans etccc. matutuwa pa ako pag ginawa nila yun.
It was during the showtime vs mtrcb issue here sa fp na nag comment ako that mtrcb should be dissolved na kase wala naman na talagang use. For me para lang siyang highlighter na pag may nude scene o nag bad words iha highlight.. keber sa essence nung movie or storyline.. hinihigpitan nila ung mga movies and tv shows pero wala naman silang control sa news papers and magazine and even audios. Then pumasok pa tong bagong media which is the online social media na kahit nga sinong bansa hindi magawan ng paraan para maregulate..
If this bill passes, MTRCB can censor films and series both local and foreign in streaming platforms. Films that are normally complete which is one of the reasons why people watch movies online as opposed to the theatrical version will now have cuts in streaming platforms 🤦🏻♂️
