12:22 serious question po: do you (or anyone here for that matter) tip delivery riders? I live in a condo and I seldom see riders in person kasi most of the time iniiwan nila sa locker or mailbox ng tenant yung mga items
It wasn't the case with the one I encountered. One time hinanap ko fb ni Rider dahil balak ko may ipapapick up sana ako sa bahay at siya sana ipapadeliver ko , but then nakita ko mga pinopost niya about costumers na nagbibigay ng tip sa kanya,( kesyo loyal partner daw siya, or may motibo (gusto daw siya) kaya daw nagbibigay ng tip. And I was like wtf! Kaya simula nun hinding hindi na ako nagbibigay ng tip sa twing may parcel ako. Minsan siya na mismo magsasabi ay mam sorry wala akong barya. (Pag may sukli ako )
Hindi required ang tip pero maraming hindi nagbibigay ng tip sa Pilipinas. Sa US ay automatic na nagbibigay ng tip ang mga tao except sa mga nasanay sa Pilipinas.

DeleteDi naman required ang tip. Nagbibigay ako kasi sila parati yung rider ng shopee at lazada. Parehong magalang.
