    2. Bea kung sino ka man, third world country ang Pilipinas, usually kahirapan at utang ang pinapamana. So consider yourself blessed. Wag kang out of touch sa reality.

    4. lol at what she said na "hindi ba to common sa philippines?" like she studied overseas and doesn't know philippine norms hahahahha

      Delete
    5. Totally agree 1:38. While yung mga kids who were raised na streetsmart, madiskarte at marunong magtrabaho at humawak ng pera, kahit di pamanahan, will survive and do well.

Talagang common ung insurance ung anak....

    4. When it comes to wealth and money I find it tacky to discuss with people. We are not rich but we can send our "only" child to a yayamanin school--- we can kasi nga only child. We are middle class so shempre d maiwasan meron echusera middle class friends na tanong ng tanong about tuition and overhead expenses I dont give numbers sinasagot ko nalang na pinagiiponan namin talaga.

    1. Share ko lang. Parati ako nag grab starbucks at take out food nung kasagsagan ng pandemic.

Lesson learned: be humble always. Unlike before na everyday. 🀣

Isa pa, need ng security. πŸ™ˆ

      Delete
    2. True mas maganda people will think wala kang pera kasi maraming mangungutang. Yun nga lang no one wants to be friends to you if they think wala kang pera πŸ˜‚ they based their judgement based sa mga pi no post haha . But yeah, it’s good to be humble and low -key mas May peace of mind .

  7. Yung totoong rich di kailangang magsalita eh. And why would you tell everyone that your brother has lots of condos and trust funds. Before ka mag yabang, think about your security. And honestly, she looks so tacky.

    1. True!!! Seems na nasobrahan na sya sa pagcloclout kaya she disregarded her security and safety. Jusko, ang mga tao nga naman ngayon

      Delete
    2. Totoong rich? Weird

      Delete
    3. 6:49 Madami kong totoong rich friends. Di sila ganyan. You wouldn’t except a Sy, Gokongwei, Ayala or Cojuangco to say those things or broadcast their wealth. Please.

      Delete
    4. Bakit ba pinipilit nyo na pag “poor is flash, rich is loud, wealth is quiet”? Hahahaha. It depends on the person. I know some rich guys who are quite silent and some are very loud so I guess it depends on their upbringing.

      Delete
    5. Read between the line 3:54. Again, nasa tao parin yan. Cut the mindset na kesyo “totoong rich di kailangan magsalita”. Minsan iba pa nga ginagamit yung yaman to attact.

      Delete

But the good thing is our parents are still around. We kept the trust until our youngest sibling came of age then we transferred the assets and built a company. 1. 1:52 Maybe you just don't have enough rich people around you to say that. Nakita nyo na ba yung meme about DLSU students na "they can't tawid without manong guard"? Lol. Tapos yung mukha nila sobrang clueless na sobra-sobra na dapat yung ganung pera for a student na wala namang iniintindi kundi ang sarili. Mapapa-"sana all" ka na lang talaga. Haha...

They dress so normal. Most of them may mga start up company na noong early 20s kasi the parents gave them seed money . They are smart and educated and they have a great head start dahil sa trust fund . They use it their money wisely. I just heard they just say , they are grateful that their parents helped and set up that fund when they were still babies .

  24. Out of touch si ateh, yun lang. Common siya for wealthy families. So no, teh, di siya common. Kung may namamana man yung iba eh malamang utang ng mga magulang or ninuno.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Same here! Hindi man siguro sobrang laki ng maiiwan mo para matawag silang “rich rich” “very wealthy” atleast may maiiwan ka man lang para sakanila. Ito ung hindi magets ng iba dito. Puro utang at sama ng loob siguro iniwan sakanila.

  28. Sinabi naman nya sa last part ng video “I don’t know”. Tanggapin man ng sikmura niyo o hindi eh may mga tao talagang out of touch. Ung kakilala ko nga noon never pa nakapag trycycle sa tanang buhay nya. Remember not everyone has the same experience level as you are. Try to educate before you humiliate.

  29. Gosh ung mga comment. Siya pa talaga out of touch eh kayo nga tong di aware sa concept ng pamana. That’s the perks of having a responsible and financially literate parents. Duhhhh!

    2. For me I dont find it mayabang. To each his own.
She's more of blessed dahil kahit nawala magulang niya they made it sure na secured mga anak nila. 3 sila magkakapatid and lahat sila may kanya kanyang properties na iniwanan ng magulang aside pa sa properties na share sila magkakapatid. And she put it into good use yung properties na iniwanan sa kanya.

So may matututunan na lesson dito.

      Delete
  31. Chaaaaar!

    ReplyDelete
  32. Hindi naman siguro malaki ung iniwan. Ang point siguro ng vid nya is may naiwan at naipon naman parents nya for her. Which is normal naman talaga sa ibang household..

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Actually, I think malaki yung naiwan. Kasi for her to say na "mas marami" ang condo ng kapatid nya means na "marami" yung condo units nya mismo. I don't think 1 or 2 ay marami na di ba? "Meron" pa lang yun, hindi pa "marami". Siguro "marami" would be owning 5 or more.

I know of someone na may 14 condo units na pinapaupahan, all from "gifts" his parents. Actually, more like from his Dad lang na lawyer since ang Mom nya ay full-time housewife. Is he broke yet? Nope. He's earning half a million a month, give or take, just from those condos na hindi naman din sya ang nag-aasikaso kundi yung hina-hire nyang part-time (usually college student) na social media manager (taga-sagot sa inquiries online + taga-contact sa naglilinis and all).

What more kung former politician pala ang parent(s) nitong isang 'to? May chance talaga na she's earning more than enough for herself since wala naman syang big expenses (for house or car) other than luxury bags siguro.

      Delete
    2. From what I know may kanya kanyang properties sila magkakapatid and meron din silang shared commercial properties. And the father invested on real estate when he was alive tapos mga properties is somehow prime location tipong katipunan, cubao mga ganun. Also when the parents died, may mga nakuha yata from life insuranceS.

      Delete
  33. Hindi sya common sa Pinas Bea, but kudos your parents. And it’s her money now so either palaguin nya un or gastahin nya, nasakanya na un. Nonsense kasi ung question, I mean dapat ba pag ulila ka mag start ka to zero?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. For context, may mga comments ata kasi sa socials niya na how she manages to study sa Ateneo, makapag travel and bumili ng designer bags and paano niya nakkeep lifestyle since wala na parents.

Wealth is quiet is something sort of that 'youth influencing' type of stereotype statement. For half of the wealthy people, it is not like that. Many do like to show luxury with their wealth. Some still using an old phone or using upper mid car. 2024 na huuuy!

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. People are not upset that she has inheritance. It's her insensitivity and lack of awareness. I mean, does she not live in the Philippines? Is she not aware that majority of Filipinos are living in poverty? Is she blind? So, why would she ask the question about... do Filipinos not receive inheritance? Is that not normal for families?

      Delete

  43. Gorl! Sssh kana dyan sa trust funds nyo.
Pinag hirapan ng parents nyo yan, to secure you kahit wala na sila. So on your end you should secure it too, bata kapa, dahil wala na parents mo, it's now your responsibility to secure your funds for your future na until old age mo e meron pa yan dzai.

  44. Not doubtful that she’s wealthy and truth be told, it’s not interesting if she is. Why? Because she doesn’t sound dignified. So there’s all sorts of wealth and who cares in this situation if it’s old rich or not - money is money, but all I can say is: the truly rich will not pluralize “trust funds” and “condos.” Hahahahahahah
