Totoo! I feel sad for couples like this. Para bang hindi na pwedeng i-correct yung unang kasal to someone not your person. Kahit wag nang pakasal ulit, pero at least palayain na lang both parties from their failed marriage for them to move on. Properly.
Everyone knows that annulment does not serve its real purpose sa pinas. Why invalidate a marriage that actually happened? Unless tipong criminal asawa mo, shotgun marriage, underage stupidity, ganyan, then yeah, grounds for annulment yan.
Just give mature adults the way to get out of a failed marriage! Di naman kailangan magsiraan at magsinungaling, and maghalungkat for all sorts of loopholes for an annulment (Hello Kris and James, Kristine and Diether, kaway kaway naman dyan!) The marriage happened, it didn't work out, let them end it and move on.
Mas mahal kasi ang annulment at mahaba ang proseso..inaabot ng taon o higit pa. Kaya doon kumikita ang mga husgado natin sa mga ibabayad ng mga kliyente nila..
I’m happily married for 18 years and I believe di naman kailangan maging married to have a happy relationship. And their families seem to have blended well. Good for them
maybe.... but you're not legally protected. My friend had the same situation... She always told people that marriage was not necessary because they've been together for 16 yrs and they are happy. eh kaso biglang nagpakasal si guy sa iba... so kawawa yung kids nila.... kasi by law, kung sino ang pinakasalan, yun ang legal.... so yung new girl + yung baby sa sinapupunan nya ang may karapatan...
Naalala ko yung may namatay na general ba yun. Pagdating ng labi sa pinas, ayun, itsapwera ang kabs. Nabalita pa yun sa TV Patrol. Kebs kung siya ang nag-alaga sa kanya until his dying day, legal wife ordered her out.
Pampi is still kasal to Jodi and currently processing their annulment, ganyan kabulok ang sistema natin dito Jodi and Pampi are basically commitng concubinage and adultery using the excuse "nagpprocess na ng annulment" well in fact they are still legally married. Not only is filing for an annulment OA sa pagka-expensive it takes years even decades to complete, kaya sobrang high time na for DIVORE dito sa Pinas.
Grabe ang tagal na nila mag bf/gf. Iwa has found home talaga kay pampi and vice versa. I hope na ma grant na yung annulment para din naman worth it lahat na sacrifices nila with each other.
