As kids, we were told not to touch tarsiers especially those from the wild kasi once you touch them daw, other tarsiers will know they’ve been touched by humans and they will be shunned. no. 1 rule sa animals talaga yung dont touch. kasi sa oz sinabihan din kami the smell of humans can alter the smell of newly born kangaroos yata or wallabies so dont touch nga daw. sa tarsiers we were told not to touch too and to respect their home. hina tlaaga sa respect ng ibang mga tao. eto talaga result ng for the views culture. yun makakapal at mas magagaspang ugali get more views despite their poor etiquette /work ethics. sana din gamitin yung vlogger turn this into positive. instead na punishment, vlogger can be used to raise awareness in people and vuewers about proper handling of tarsiers. Kapwa Filipino pa din naman yan natin and if showing remorse sana may way to rehab his image and he can use it to grown and learn , while also helping prevent future transgressions from him and others.
These vloggers are either genius or stupid. They will be earing clicks because of their stupidity. DENR inept in educating tourist on what and what not to do with the Tarsiers. Are there even penalties in manhandling Tarsiers....
