  2. Sorry to say this but she really is not cut for showbiz she'll be in for more heartbreaks, filipinos in general place a high value on physical looks and shes, sorry, clearly lacking in that dept.well maybe shes so so, hindi nya namana gandang universe ng nanay niya. If hindi siya anak ni ogie i doubt bibigyan siya ng endorsements. Sorry to be brutally honest

    1. You are clearly one of the reason why someone might have depression. Try to read your comment as if it's for you. What will you feel then?

    2. On the contrary, I find her really pretty. Her mom was a stunner, but Leila got that charming, easy to approach vibe.

    3. 1:00am truth hurts but it is the truth. People like you wont survive in this world, you and your ilk who love to play the victim's role. It is what it is. But just because thats the reality doesnt mean youll be miserable forever, on the contrary, the sooner you are at peace with that reality the sooner youll get out from your misery because then you can think of solutions on how to survive with a world as "harsh" as ours, it may be "harsh" but beautiful, nevertheless, because all these sad realities help us in our character growth- adaptability, resilience, survival.

    4. 1:00 Exactly. I just visited her Instagram profile and find her very pretty. She is clearly not the norm for Filipino’s standard of beauty. Because Filipinos like gluta white skinny celebrities showcasing their boobs and bums. Leila is a gorgeous classy lady. Not to compare but I actually find her more beautiful than her Mom.

    5. I’m sorry, what? Lacking in the physical looks department?? I think you’ll find a lot of people who will disagree with you.

    6. Ang harsh mo 12:46. I agree with you though but say it nicely.

    7. I'm not 12:46, pero let's be honest: in pinoy showbiz, kasama sa binabayad sa iyo ang good looks. You should register well sa tv and movies, maganda ka sa album at magazines.

    8. Actually when I saw her in an event, gandang ganda ako sa kanya. Her eyes are so expressive! I had the same reaction with Kiana Valenciano.

    9. Leila is beautiful and really stunning, ang hindi lang naman naging maganda is her height dahil kay daddy nya nakuha. But all in all she is pretty, ano ba ang pamantayan mo ng maganda? Her skin color is really good which compliments her facial features.

    10. 12:46

The biggest stars of all time are not the prettiest.
      hello?

Showbiz run on talents with X-factor.

besides, can you imagine kung lahat nalang maganda sa showbiz?

    11. 12:46 to comment that way when the young girl showed her vulnerability is cruel. It says way more about you than about her. What do you gain from speaking like that? I personally think she's beautiful, and it doesn't seem like she's trying to make it into mainstream showbiz anyway.

It's about time that what is deemed "pretty" by us Filipinos gets diversified. Majority of Filipinas don't look like Anne Curtis or Bea Alonzo or Liza Soberano but that doesn't make them less beautiful.

    12. 7:58 Reality? Who are you to say that what you say is the reality?? A lot of people also appreciates her. If you dont like her, you dont have to watch her. For people who likes her, then let them appreciate her. You on the other hand will not survive this world. You only thrive on good words and compliments. If you hear something that discourages you, I bet it would make you stop pursuing your dreams.

    3. So, what are you trying to imply about her being a female version of her dad? Are you trying to say she's ugly because she doesn't fit in your standard? Hoy te, manalamin ka muna ha. Ang ganda kaya ni Leila!

  6. Hmmm, nobody ca relate to that in the land of poverty and suffering, rich girl.

    1. You probably can’t relate because you lack empathy.

    2. People are dying and trying to survive in the middle of a pandemic, nasa kanila ang empathy ko. This is a privileged kid whining and looking for self validation in social media. Wala ba siyang friends for that?

Get a shrink and a nutritionist and be done with it!

    3. 11:23, she doesn't ask or need your empathy. - not Leila

    1. Kindly educate yourself in matters like these :) Though we’ve been conditioned to see eating disorders as an affliction of the upper class, plenty of individuals who are living in poverty are also grappling with the added stress, shame, and health side effects of eating disorders. The only reason why its quite uncommon to know these in people na walang makain is because the access to psychiatric care and eating disorder assessments are still largely limited to wealthier families.

I think dahil to sa kaya kasi nilang mag-over thinking, marami silang time for that. Ang mahihirap, pagkayod lang ng pera ang kaya isipin, yung source ng food for today and tomorrow. Yung mayayaman, di na nila iniisip yan kaya may time magisip ng insecurities nila.

Grabe. Pls educate yourself :) :) :) :) :)

    8. @8:17 baks! "access to psychiatric care and eating disorder assessments" ka pa dyan. mahirap nga eh di ba? malamang access sa daily essentials & basic needs ang uunahin nila. common sense lang naman to.

  10. She doesnt have that it factor to be in showbiz... her ticket lang naman eh anak ng artista period. Ke me talent ka or anu mang eme kung wala kang karisma at aura of a a showbiz personality madidissapoint ka lang talaga at kung anu anung eme eme mararamdaman mo if ipipilit mo ang sarili mo sa showbiz!

  11. Judging from the comments here, it’s really frustrating to know that Filipinos standard of beauty is still, mapuputing mestiza. Nagagandahan talaga ako sa kanya. They say Koreans are vain? Oh yeah they are. But you have to remember, they also invest so much in training their talents, 2-3 years of training before making a debut. And sad to say, in Philippine showbiz kahit di ka kagandahan at walang talent, basta mestiza ka artista ka na. Kahit di maganda ang boses pwede kang magconcert. I guess ganun kababaw ang mga Pilipino.

    1. Agree with you 100% 8:09! There's only one criteria for beauty tapos kebs kahit walang talent!

Showbiz industry is full of heartaches, and only few became successful. Learn from other showbiz children who didnt made it in showbiz.

For some reason di ko na mabalik dati kong figure. Supalpal
