    1. I have panic attack. Napakadalas ko sya naeexperience dati. Buti lately, hindi na gano. Minsan bigla ako magigising in the middle of the night thinking nawalan ako ng paningin kasi napakadilim. Tapos dire-direcho na thoughts

    1. Mine came during a road trip, it was very sudden this feeling of impending doom as if I'm having a heart attack and I couldn't breathe. I actually had to ask the driver of the car I was in to stop and let me out in the middle of a busy highway. Scary.

    2. 2:09 Wow hope you are feeling better these days! For what it's worth, I have my thyroid checked and it's turned out I have hypothyroidism that's causing my depression and anxiety/panic attacks. My doctor put me on low dosage of Synthroid, and a Magnesium supplement. It made a big difference on my condition now, I haven't have any episodes of depression and panic attacks for almost a year now. It's not a medical advise but something to look into. Hope you will never have another episode.

    4. Im not sure if panic attack din ang nafeel ko last 2019. Suddenly, bigla kong gusto umuwi ng Pinas. Bigla na lang ako maiiyak or magigising in the mid of the night tas parang feeling ko gusto ko umuwi. After that medyo, umokey na ako and never felt that way again.

    5. Had two successive episodes 2 weeks ago, 3 hours apart. My first time.

I just loss my super bestfriend to covid 2 days before my attack.
Anxiety attack I termed it. Thot i was having a heart attack din talaga. It was so sudden. Buti na lang I was able to calm myself without meds. Altho muntik muntikan na in the succeeding days pero nikakalma ko na lang sarili ko by deep breathing.

    6. I don’t know if what im having is panic or anxiety attack but comparing it with your experiences, parang same. I started feeling uncomfortable during traffic sa may slex . As in bigla na lang ako hindi nakaka hinga. Palpitations and nanlalambot mga tuhod ko. I have to open the window and unbutton my pants. Naghahanap ako ng fresh air. After a few minutes, nawala na.

  3. I have a very close friend inatake din ng panic attack. You shake, sometimes nagiging hyper daw siya...its a mix! thankfully every time panic attack siya andun siya near her family if not Anu na daw Pwede niya gawin or masama mangyari sa Kanya. Kaya she never miss her medicine once na miss daw niya yung gamot May nararamdaman na siya. Nagkakaroon din sila ng lapses. Ang hirap Pag May sakit na ganito :(. Haaay

  7. This is REAL. My husband is going thru this now. We initially thought it was just hypertension. He doesn't smoke and doesn't drink. He couldn't sleep well and has difficulty breathing. We even had to call 911.
I have been telling him not to worry, thinking it was just stress. He even feels scared when I leave for work; he feels so sad. We can only do so much. I cannot understand how he feels but I can be with him and listen to him when he talks about his fears.
Please take care of your loved ones, these conditions are real and they happen to people around us.

    1. Guys don’t self diagnose. The panic attacks or anxiety attack na akala mo might be an angina or maybe you’re already having a mild stroke. PLEASE consult a doctor immediately to rule out heart attack or stroke.

  12. I always have this type of panic attack din pero whenever nasa plane ako.

I hope unting unti mawala ang attacks mo JM. Stay safe always

    1. It’s not that easy. Iba iba anxiety levels ng tao. Di lahat magiging okay just because of happy thoughts. A lot of people know they’re having panic attacks and yet can’t get out of it right away. I say consult a therapist about it.

    2. Yes i consulted a Psychiatrist and severe anxiety ang diagnosis sakin, was on medication for 3 months after that di nako nag rely on meds, i practise proper breathing and meditation and i always watch YT on how to manage anxiety/ panic attacks so far nakakatulong sya everytime i have episodes, play ko kagad youtube abt it then nawawala na agad. Tapos i always think happy thoughts and just feel grateful na buhay ako at walang sakit, nagpa annual check na rin ako ang the doctor said im very healthy so i dont need to be anxious, yan lagi sinasabi ko sa sarili ko pag inaatake ako, after few minutes nawawala na.

Stress and tragic events in my life was the cause of my anxiety and panic attacks. I have been taking meds for 16 years - would you believe??

    1. True po, after nun nagiging Anxiety na sya kasi feeling mo anytime aatake ulit. It was started last 2013 & I've been struggling na for almost 8 years because of a trauma and sa tagal na nyan parang mina-master mo na lang pano i-overcome, curse dahil sa struggle at sobrang hirap, blessing kasi mas lalo ka nagiging cautious sa paligid mo ganyan ko na lang sya ituring para mejo gumaan-gaan pakiramdam ko minsan..

  24. I used to have this. Queues, crowded people, and going to public places na walang banyo ang trigger ng akin. So I had to take anti-motility meds before going out. Nawala lang siya when I stopped taking birth control.

    1. Sa akin trigger naman if may sipon. Yung pag di makahinga at barado ilong, panic attack na ako nun. Or pag umuulan sa gabi.

  25. Panic attack strikes when you least expect it. Though di pa ako naka experience nag panic attack during happy moments. For me, it usually happens when I am alone, and at night. I had to get out of bed and out of the house to breathe in fresh air. Jumping and doing small exercises also helps.
