      Delete
    4. LOL back at you. Alam mo ba na wala halos tinatanggao ang athletes natin from the government?

    5. What a stupid comment. Trying to be funny? Your brain is funny. Mangmang ka!

      Delete
    6. I dont see anything wrong with that. Kahit ibang athletes they also do that. Philippine teams do that. They really ask for funding support since mahal naman talaga. What’s wrong with that tho

      Delete

    9. Wala kasing makuhang suporta sa govt at sports commission

    10. My husband used to be an athlete sa pinas (that was 2-3 yrs ago), sa totoo lang if wala kang funds na pangsarili especially if yung sport mo ay medyo mamahalin kawawa ka talaga, gasino lang talaga natatanggap na support ng athletes natin from the government, madalas sarili nalng ding pera nila ginagamit nila pero pag nanalo e aangkinin ng buong bansa ung karangalan.

      Delete
    12. Ang mahal kaya ng training nila. Buti nga di lumipat sa US yan kagaya nung chess grandmaster na Pinoy.

      Delete
    13. Walang mali sa ginagawa niya. In fact, dapat mahiya ang government na ndi man lang nila masuportahan ang mga athletes nila.

      Delete
    14. Madaming athletes ang kulang sa supporta, pero pag nananalo na sila internationally ang andaming maka “we are proud of you” at #PinoyPride , pweh!

      Delete
    15. Easy to say that the government should fund him but what about all the other aspiring athletes? I think it would be better if he can find corporations that can sponsor him or try to get endorsements. It’s a lot of money he’s asking for!

      Delete

    17. And why not?Yung palaro nga lang sa Barangay me nag sosolicit yan pa kaya?

      Delete
    18. 227 feeling know it a kasi. 😂 Nakakahiya.

      Delete
    19. Paano ba naman kasi susuportahan to? He's to buff now, kulang sa speed and grace. Have you guys watched how Yuzuru Hanyu perform?

      Delete
    20. Wala kasing support from the govt, kaya nga maraming athletes ang ngpapalit ng citizenship bacause they can get the necessary funds plus incentives. Efren Bata was offered many times and chose to stay, look at him now he couldn’t even join the recent cup as he don’t have any funds.

      Delete
  3. I helped sa abot ng aking kaya. How I wish I’m rich and I would love to find out athletes. Good luck sir Michael. I hope you reach the goal. Laban pilipinas 🇵🇭

  7. Is he representing our country? 🥴 Sayang c Wesley So, this time make it right Pilipinas govt.

    1. He's an athlete representing the country. Anong kaartehan pinagsasasabi mo?

      Delete
    2. This is not kaartehan meng. This is passion. And the fact that he openly asks for donations without being shameful about that means he really wants it. And the kid’s representing OUR country. Lol ano problema mo?

      Delete
    3. Isa ka pa. Napaka ignortante mo!

    4. Fund your education.

      Delete
    5. Oh my god how dense can u be this is not kaartehan

      Delete
    6. Shame on you, just because you don’t aspire anything in life. Being an athlete is very difficult, especially in a poor country like ours with very limited funding.

      Delete
    7. Anong kaartehan.

      Delete
  9. Sana may ibang ways to donate. I clicked the link but credit card e patay na ilaw namin kasi tulog na asawa ko. Hindi na din ako tatayo. Gcash sana kasi mas madali

  10. Unfortunately ang Pilipinas walang paki sa athletes. Waley talaga yung cojuangcos na for the longest time umupo lang sa pwesto pero walang nasuportahang athlete kundi yung pangangabayo ni Mikee. Lol

  11. Parang it's not the right time na mag solicit sa taong bayan saka parang lagi siyang ganyan. Daming problema ng Pinas, hindi priority yan (may sasagog dito, ayaw mo tumulong edi wag hehe)

  12. He’s trying to live a fake rich life and may go fund me

    ReplyDelete

    1. Dear, go fund me is certainly not for the rich people. It even takes a lot of courage to make a go fund me dahil basically you are seeking for money from other people who are generous enough to give. Anong fake rich life pinagsasabi mo LOL

      Delete
    2. i used to watch his youtube videos. He drives an audi, buys expensive clothes and shoes, has expensive cameras hence fake rich

Wag kayo magpaloko dyan.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Hindi ka naman sinisingil ah? Wala naman siyang pinag pipilitang kuhanan ng funding but he just simply asks kung meron. Utak mo juskoo

      Delete
    2. 2:01 im saying there is a lot more causes worth giving attention, time and money to during this pandemic than fund this person’s so-called dream. let’s see if u dont agree with that.

  14. Mas mabuti ngang hindi na ituloy. Baka anong variant pa ng covid maiuwi niyo.

  15. Question lang how will he be able to compete sa 2022 Winter Olympics eh kakatapos lang ng 2021 World Figure skating. He did not compete in the said competition. That event kasi is where they determine ano anong bansa at ilang players ng bansang yun yung makakakuha ng spot sa Olympics. Tapos if tama pagkakaalam ko yung 2021 Nebelhorn Trophy which will be held on September is merely a confirmation para sa mga bansang may third spot.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. in nebelhorn trophy, USA CAN FRA RUS KOR (Men) are looking for an extra spot + any other countries looking for 1 olympic spot. so if he could place higher, Philippines could still get 1 spot. a good example would be Brooklee Han, she placed 5th in 2013 nebelhorn and Australia was able to secure 1 spot for 2014 olympics

      Delete
    2. I think legit ang question mo. The recently concluded World’s FS was the qualifier for the Olympics as far as we know. But then again maybe there is a special place for countries who are sending single skaters only
like Pinas. BTW did he go to the last Winter Olympics or not?

      Delete
    3. May spots available pa which will be decided sa Nebelhorn Trophy

      Delete
You're to heavy for the sports now, hindi pwede yung sasali lang para marepresent ang country. You join the sport mainly to win. I know you know the anime Yuri on Ice, if kaya mo ang dedication na ginawa ni Yuri for the sports for a comeback then yun ang dapat mong gawin.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Omg. Comparing an anime to a human being.

    5. 2:42, 4:36, 6:45-have you all seen how Michael skate compared to world champion Yuzuru? All are competing for the top spot and not thank you performer lang. Hindi intermision number ang sasalihan ni Michael. He can't even do a triple axel sa routine nya. Same all routine ang gamit nya since we all remember him joining. Ang payo ko lang, change your routine, go to Japan or Russia to train-they are the best sa sports na ito

      Delete
    6. 1030 paano nga makakapag train sa Russia or Japan kung wlang pera? 🤦‍♀️
Hello, wla tayong snow. Pwede na sana maski saan kung meron. Hay, ewan ko sa inyo. Nakakaloka!

Hindi ako c Michael o kapamilya nya man lang but come on people, ganito na kayo kasama mag isip pati itong batang to na gustong magrepresenta ng bansa natin at gusto lang ng suporta gaganituhin nyo? Bakit? Nakakaloka!

      Delete
    4. Yun nga eh. Feeling ko mej bitter din sila kasi yung thinking nila is habang tayo nakakulong at naghihirap money wise si guy is asking money to compete abroad. Crab mentality ganern haha

  23. Go Michael! We are rooting for you! Let’s support Filipino athletes! 👏👏👏

  24. why even attempt to join if the govt won't even be responsible enough to support him?

      Delete
    2. Actually I think what he asks for is more funding and financial support pero hindi naman niya inaasa lahat sa taong bayan kung makapag react naman iba dito lol

      Delete
    3. Maybe it really is his passion. And baka he wants to prove and inspire others na kahit walang Winter sa Pinas pwede parin tayo sumali sa Winter Olympics.

      Delete
  25. Hmmm, not worth going china anyway. Ma-boycott na yan.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Hmmm, did he qualify to go to the olympics already? Kawawa lang talaga ang athletes sa pinas. Walang support from government or businesses.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Not yet, he needs to compete in Sep for the remaining slots

      Delete

      Delete
    3. 3:08, it’s very common for private businesses to sponsor athletes in many countries. Here in the USA, almost all athletes get some kind of sponsorship from various businesses. It’s a very common practice. Even our corner coffee shop sponsor our local baseball club for our young boys.

      Delete
  27. At this time of the pandemic figure skating is not relevant anymore esp. if our gov't cannot support you..better just go back to school and get a degree..this kind of sport is fleeting..look where the great skaters end up..some of them joined the skates on ice to earn a living! Just a realistic viewpoint..

    ReplyDelete
  28. Hopefully he got better from the last time.

    ReplyDelete
  30. fund the more deserving athletes.

  31. Sad na walang support ang athletes from govt pero I’d to help those who really NEED IT TO LIVE, who doesn’t have anything to eat, or medical bills of rescued dogs, etc

    ReplyDelete

It's not his fault na kulang sya sa support and sponsors. Training and sending an athlete takes a lot of time and money, lalo na yung emerging athletes so they need our support. Training is full time kaya yun pa lang wala syang source of income. Then add the expenses: staff (coach, trainer, nutritionist, etc.), equipment/gear/outfit, use of facilities, board/lodging, travel expenses, food/nutrition and so on. Kaya marami ring athletes na di na nagtutuloy. May talent sya and drive, sayang lang kung di natin I support.

  40. Masabit man lang kaya? Ang galing nung Japan

    ReplyDelete
  41. Sorry, but there are other Filipino athletes out there fat more deserving to be funded than this one. Makapangarap kayo dyan.

    ReplyDelete
  42. My god. May endorsements sya ah, mayaman sya. Bat di nya gamitin sarili nyang pera? Ano ba.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Di porke may endorsements mayaman na. And di laging may endorsements. Also, training and its expenses is continuous kaya the well can dry up. He can ask and solicit if he wants to but you're not obliged to give kung ayaw mo.
I personally believe in him and our athletes in their dream kaya sinusuportahan ko sila.

    1. Di ganun yun. Malaki difference of having world class and experienced coaches. They bring experience and something new to the table and they don't come cheap.
