  2. Not a fan of her but I have nothing against women who exercise during pregnancy as long as may go signal from doctor. I’m more impressed with her confidence to post videos and photos na walang make up. Not a lot of artistas can do that

  3. As long as doctors approved, then go. Im sure her approved since some doctors even encouraged pregnant woman to exercise for easy delivery or child labor.

  4. She’s been doing this, healthy naman mga anak niya. Wag na kasi pakialaman. Ang payo naman niya palagi always ask your OBGYN before doing any exercise during pregnancy.

  5. iba na talaga mga celebs ngayon. gusto nila ipakita na ‘business as usual’ lang talaga kapag buntis ka. noon sa mga nanay at lola natin, lahat delikado.

    1. San mo naman napulot yang sabi sabi na yan? Panahon ng nanay at lola mo malamang di pa uso technology, lahat ng gawain mano mano. At di rin uso mga kasambahay, kaya lahat ng chores mga babae gumagawa kahit buntis. So panong naging lahat delikado?

    2. Ummm, 1:39, yung mga lola at nanay natin ehersyado rin sila lalo na kung sa probinsya nakatira. Lakad, sila ng lakad at kung hilly ang lugar can you just imagine the workout. From this kind of wAlking they probably have developed strong thigh and leg muscles na importante sa panganganak. Remember pregnancy is not an illness.

  6. Nubayan bashers pangatlo na nya yan, 3x nyo nadin syang binabash sa pag woworkout nya tuwing buntis. Malamang by this time alam na nya yung ginagawa nya.for sure may go signal yan ng doctor nya. Malamang aware na sya sa pros and cons and so far okay naman sya diba? At okay naman mga babies nya. Kaya pwede ba tantanan nyo na sya. Kaloka kayo.

  7. Exercise is good for pregnancy. It prepares your body for labor and helps your overall health. Pregnant or not exercising is recommended.

  8. Okay lang yan kay Iya. She's always been active. Ang masama is when you're not used to it and all of a sudden you want to exercise kung kelan nagbuntis. Maglakad-lakad ka na lang.

  10. Magtatatlo na anak nya may nagququestion p din kung bakit sya nag eexercise during her pregnancy? Let her be, I wish I am that active like her before and now n pregnant ako. Ngaun lakad lakad n lang muna.

  11. Ang point po ni commenter is bakit nag uupload lang ng workout files pag buntis. Di naman nya kinwestyon pag eexercise ni iya. Nasagot din naman ni iya question ni commenter. All is well :)

  13. Oh my. Kala ko ako lang nakapansin. Kapag hindi siya buntis, hindi siya nagpopost ng exercise video. Pero kapag buntis, post siya ng post. Parang ang dating tuloy, she was just showing off na kahit buntis siya kaya nya pa rin gumawa ng hardcore exercise

    1. Probably because she wants to show them na it’s ok and important na kahit buntis ka dapat mag exercise. Kayo lang ito nag iisip ng masama e. Kelangan nyo din yata mag exercise to release your endorphins para di yung puro kanegahan naiisip nyo!

  17. If active ka, doctors recommend na continue mo lng exercise while pregnant. Pero syempre, my modification na sa exercises mo. Third time na niya and healthy naman mag anak niya at siya.so bakit ung mga ibang tao kuda. Mas mahirap and unhealthy if active ka then bigla ka naging tamad at tambay pagkabuntis. Fyi. Hindi totoo na pag buntis ka eh dapat nkahilata ka lng. Unless if my medical condition ka na need mo bedrest.. Ibang case n yun.

  18. Have nothing against Iya’s posts on exercising during pregnancy, buhay nya yan... but I share the same question as with the commenter. Bakit pag ndi buntis, wala naman exercise file post but pag buntis nandun lahat. But then she answered it for her tracking and to share.. so be it!

  19. Kung katulad nya lang ako magbuntis.. Mgwworkout din ako, kaso i'm spotting at 9 weeks onting kibot dinudugo.. Good job iya! Sana baby girl na yan..

  20. My running coach daughter ran the marathon at 6mos pregnant. Can you believe 26miles. Running in 4-5 hrs tapos 6mos pregnant? Napa wow talaga ako nun. I meet the daughter and she told me she is been running since 13 yrs old so her body is used to it. Her doctor doesnt recommend kung bago ka lang long distance runner. So I guess in Iya's condition ganun din ung body nya and besides powerlifter sya db so trained body nya to lift heavy weights na hindi na sstressed katawan nya.
