    6. 1.2m+, hindi 50 million, for cc charges. Kris gets the charges every month that she should discuss with her business partner every month. He was returning, 487k which he thinks he owes her. I dont understand why it went this far if she thinks that she owes him a debt of gratitude.

    7. 2:41 this is ONE bill. It was going on for months diba? Kalokohan na magfile and get two sets of lawyers for just 1m.

      Delete

    14. Yung charges, sa Beverly Hills and LA, pwedeng business expenses kasi they were there for the premier ng crazy rich Asians. I always use my company's credit when I am out of town for business, from breakfasts to dinners. Nothing unusual, the company lets me know if I have to reimburse them for a charge. As long as I pay them back at a certain date, their fine. It's part of our business agreement.

      Delete
    4. In other countries normal to use a card debit or credit than paying in cash

      Delete
    5. 5:16 it's actually smart to use your credit card para sa points. Kahit papaano may bumabalik sayo.

      Delete
    6. 5:16 you obviously dont know how to maximize the benefits of your credit card, kung meron ka man. Mas cheap and ignorant naman ata yung thinking na di pwede magbayad using credit card kung 95 pesos lang. U still have to pay that 95 pesos, kailan pa naging cheap ang magbayad using credit card? In other countries u can use ur credit card in vending machines to buy soda or snacks. perhaps only to those na hindi na aaprove na magkaroon ng credit card, would find that cheap.

      Delete
    7. 12:15 true pamalit man lang sa interest

      Delete
    8. 5:16, i beg to disagree. I think it’s a smart decision kasi yung points can be rebates or sa ibang cc can be convertible to miles that you can use to upgrade seats in the plane or even fly for free kung madami kang points na naipon.

      Delete
    9. 5:16 whats so cheap with using a credit card for points? those are perks for using the credit card frequently. its the same as using advantage or loyalty cards every time you shop - which i assume you own one.. so would i call you cheap too?

      Delete
    10. Si 5:16 hindi alam ang concept ng points. Wala sigurong credit card.

  24. Kris is known to be super generous sa mga friends nya pero this is super kapal. Wala na talagang pedeng pagkatiwalaan ngayon kundi family talaga.
I sincerely hope Kris will heal kasi isa sa mga pinakamasakit na gawin sayo is saktan ka ng taong pinagkatiwalaan mo ng mahabang panahon.

    ReplyDelete
  28. I would've thought Kris would ask her sisters and brother to be joint owners of her financial accounts instead of outside people, kesehodang financial advisor mo pa yan.

  29. Kasi pag ikaw ay TRUSTEE ng fund ng minor it's as if you're the owner of the fund until the child reach it's legal age. You can do whatever you want with the fund. Kaya it's very important na talagang pinagkakatiwalaan mo yung gagawin mong TRUSTEE kasi nga pwede talaga nilang galawin ang pera. Ang pinang babayad siguro sa mga credit card bill na to is from the trust fund nung dalawang bata.

    1. They can garnish his wages, collect whatever income-generating funds he gets, there are many ways to skin a cat, so to speak. If the law favors Kris’ petition/lawsuit, that thief will pay the amounts owed as ruled by the court, and he will have to pay it—even if he has to sell everything he has.

      Delete
    2. True plus the fact she gave this person complete authority😶 she really doesn’t have a case, it’s just one of those unfortunate things where she’ll have to learn her lesson the hard way, which is to be more careful on who she trusts! She’s too generous for her own good! The only people she should be trusting with her money like this is her close family like her siblings!

      Delete
    3. What if he doesn’t have anything to sell? From the looks of it mukhang social climber lang, di naman yata talaga rich.

      Delete
    4. 2:37 agree but this is Kris Aquino, not an “oridinary citizen” so to speak. Her parents and brother were once president of the Philippines so she has extremely powerful friends and influence. She may very well win her case and tbh I hope she does! I don’t always like or agree with her attention seeking ways, but this was her hard earned money!

      Delete
    5. Not really. Relatives can do the same. My aunt was victimized by her brother.

      Delete
    7. 2:37 so what kung binigyan sya ni K ng full authority most probably when it concerns the business & not for personal use. Kaloka ang reasoning mo ✌️

      Delete
    8. If he can afford na mag masters sa NYU, he can afford to pay back Kris even if its 2M. 40k USD lang yan. Ang business expense kasama ang pagkain and yes even coffee, if you are doing an out of town/country business trip. Remember, kasama ni Kris yan when they are out of the country. He secured international deals for Kris. Most of the time may per diem, some like him are given credit cards to use for meals and sometimes you have to entertain clients. I have a platinum Amex with my name but it's a company card. 47k ang nagastos nya sa August and he does multi million peso deal for Kris? That's actually pretty descent.

      Delete
    9. 9:22 It doesn't mean nag-Aral Ka sa abroad eh kaya ng bayaran yung utang niya.DI ba more than 400k binayad pa lang? Who knows Kung San galing yung allowance Niya para makaNYU.We don't really know ano talaga nangyari,ni hindi natin nakikita yung evidence ng both sides.

  41. Nothing fraudulent or criminal with the expenses coz allowed ni Kris un sa corporate credit card na inextend nya dun ke falcis.yes malalaki ung amount pero Me pre-allowed consent un legally speaking.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Yung credit card ba is under a business/company account or is that kris’ personal credit card? I think baka mahirapan sila sa case because if the card was personally given to the user or extension siya under kris’ name, you can’t really call that theft since you have knowledge na May card yung tao.

Sus! Manloloko nga eto. Kanina nalilito pa ako pero I stand corrected, I'm with Kris!

Jusm. Mag isip nga kayo ng defense nyo! At si Kris mag aksaya ng pera for only 1.2 million? For sure di pa nya nailabas lahat ng reklamo nya!

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  47. The credit card is a company card issued under his name. So he is authorized fo use it in any way he wants. The bill or SOA goes to the company, mot to him. His salary probably gets deducted to pay for his personal charges. Kris is vindictive, I believe there is more to it than what she tells the public. And megadramatic at that. Hope truth comes out and Nicko if found innocent will be vindicated. He should sue her for defamation.

ang tao kahit anong bait mo. minsan na-tetempt gumawa ng masama. lalo na pag money involve. magkakapatid, magkakamaganak nga nag aaway aaway sa pera. yan pa kaya? kaya next time be careful.
