For me, much better ang wala yung personal Facebook accnt ko. I have another Facebook accnt pero pang online selling ko. Dahil wala akong personal accnt sa totoo lang less stress. Hindi ka makakabasa ng mga posts na nakikipagaway kung kanikanino, hindi ka makakapagbasa ng mga kaartehan at kadramahan sa buhay ng mga kamaganak at friends mo. Iba pa din ang reality vs Facebook posts.

I’m not a celebrity but I did the same thing too before, I took a break from my FB IG, away from all my mema relatives. It was better when I came back.
