  1. Same here. Pareho kami ng body type. Yun curvy. Sad lng kasi before dami ko ng slimming pills nd coffee ininom pumayat lng.. Pumayat nga ko after 1 month from 140lbs to 105 imagine? Sa kagustuhan kong pumayat. Until one day, ayun grabe hindi ako makahinga amd nahilo nko. I was rushed to ER. Simula non, i stopped taking those pills. Nagexercise ako and all, but sadly, talagang malali built ko. Gusto ko man lng mag 120lbs pero talagang eto lng ata built ko. Kainggit yun mga nabiyayaan ng slim na figure. But now as a mom, I've learned to love myself kahit ganito ko. Sabi ko na nga lng atleast, masaya ko kahit papano kasi diko ginugutom sarili ko. Hay love your own nga raw.

    1. Anon 1:02am I am your opposite. Payat na payat ako at pangarap ko talaga magkalaman kahit konti lng. Mababa ang self esteem ko and dagdag pa ang mga insensitive na tao tatawagin kang kalansay, butiki etc. I did what you did. I took pills for gaining weight and it worked. And almost had the same effect like yours. Grabe palpitation ko hindi ako makahinga at lagi akong gutom na halos nanginginig na ako. That time I promised myself I'll just accept what I am basta buhay lang ako.

    2. ay pareho tau anon 1:02, ngtry aq ng slimming coffee at effective tlga pero at the end eh ngkaroon ako ng severe uti.as in chills and na ER aq bec of the coffee.pero dhay, un na ang pinaka slimmest q. im also a mom na din, hindi kn priority ang magpakaslim.basta ala akong sakit, nakakaduty ng 8hrs with 2hrs of travel time to work eh im good and satisfied with my fatty ass.hehehe

  2. Sad talaga, kahit yung kapatid ko na slim naman laging umiinom ng diet pills. Pero di naman sya mataba or over weight. Iba yata nakikita nya sa salamin sa nakikita ko.

    1. ME too! Siguro dahil confident ako na kahit tumaba ako love pa dn ako ng asawa ko. Siguro ang tanging validation lang na need mo sa gantong circumstance ay from your love ones para mahalin mo din ng buo sarili mo.

  4. I like the idea of embracing oneself...Pero i really advocate physical fitness kasi para sa health naman yan ng individual. It’s not body shaming at all. Madaming bata dyan na matataba pero people tolerates na ganun sila kasi they perceive them as malusog daw. People needs to be aware on health education. Pag napuna na mataba kukuyugin ka na.

    2. People just need to eat healthy and cleaner. Tama na mga greasy foods, fast foods. More on veggies na tayo mga baks, yung salad. Masarap sa pakiramdam sa tyan at napakalayo sa sakit.

  7. Baligtad naman ang problema ko. Super payat ako and I can’t gain weight even though I eat regularly. Wala namang bulati. I don’t know why.

    1. ilan taon ka na ba besh? if you're in your 20s/ early 30s that's understandable kasi ganyan din ako noon.

After I gave birth via cs, nasira tlg figure ko, until now ndi na lumiit tummy ko, plus yung recovery from pain ang tagal unlike normal delivery. many people say pag exclusively breastfed ang baby, papayat agad ang mommy pero ndi nangyari sa akin. I want to exercise pero no yaya or helper kaya nakafocus ako kay baby. Exercise ko na lang is pagkarga at paghabol sa kanya. Mag three years na ako ebf sa kanya, I am happy with my decision despite the fact na ang dami nagsasabi “ano nangyari sayo?” “Losyang ka na!”. As long as healthy si babh. Going 36 na ko pero hopeful pa dn na someday makakabalik ako sa karera na minahal ko.

    1. Control your portions esp carbs. Eat more starch-free veggies. I don’t exercise but i watch my diet. Been rice-free halos 3yrs na. I eat mga 2-3 tbsps minsan. I eat 1 pc of wheat bread. Pasta very small portion. Lots of ulam and gulay. Avoid potato pero kamote maigi. Try mo baks baka sumeksi ka. Tsaka no sugary juices or softdrinks. Green tea also maganda.

    2. I feel you. Mkakabalik ka din sis, ako nga it took me 9 yrs bago nkabalik. Kung kelan lumaki na baby ko, but im happy naman sa outcome ng naging decision ko.

  9. Carbs and sugar make you bigger than you should be. Mag ketogenic diet kayo. You may not look like a VS model but you will be in your leanest form
