    1. Wonder how Paco was implicated in the case if he was indeed in Manila on July 17, 1997. How was he pointed out as one of the assailants? The defense team had denied knowing the Chiong sisters daw.

This case is still a big question mark until now. Pieces of evidence everywhere. Wonder what really happened to the Chiong sisters.

Paco and Aznar came from wealthy clans in Cebu rin. If they were not there when the crimes were committed, why them?

      Delete
    2. cebu to manila is just less than hour by plane. so pwede!

      Delete
    3. They were known to be deliquents of Cebu and the policemen were pressured to provide suspects during that time. Maybe they were easy targets? I didn’t know this story existed and I’m shocked and saddened that innocent men were convicted for a crime they did not commit. The Chiong family definitely was hiding something, there was an angle that was not explored.

    4. 2:26, they even checked the flights at that time. Lahat tugma sa claims ng defense.

    5. 2:26 but no plane boarded during the said date of the unfortubate event.

    6. #giveuptomorrow was painful to watch. I feel bad for Paco just as much as for the murdered sisters. I hope in another life maging masaya at maganda ang maging buhay nila. I can’t stop myself from crying. I feel for Paco and his family. Lalo na sa magulang nya.

    7. 2:26 pano mo eexplain na nag exam sa manila si paco kung nasa cebu sya?

      Delete
    8. wala nakalista pero di ibig sabihan walang lumipad na eroplano.

    9. Explain mo how did he take the exams on July 17th at 8:30 morning in Manila if he was in Cebu.

      Delete
    10. Private airplanes need clearance before they can take off. If you’re implying he flew from manila yo cebu to do that heinous crime very early morning and they came back to Manila to take examinations at 830am, you seriously need to learn Math.

    11. trial by publicity, we will not support any of this

      Delete
    12. why don't you reopen the case so that we will find out what really happened. Yes , if you are boarding an airline whether you own them, you need clearance. There are receipts , documents to show your flight. Alangan naman nag speed boat.

    13. hindi macoconvict yan if hindi malakas ang evidence. aznar ata yang si paco. one of the richest family in cebu.

    15. 11:59, that's the case ang pinakamalakas na evidence nila is yung testimony ni Rusia aside from that wala na. Rusia claimed that he was with Paco and the others at that time and na ginawa nila yung krimen after that? Pinalaya lang naman sya despite admitting na they raped and killed the chiong sisters and guess what? Naging friends sila nung mother ng Chiong Sisters and the mother even gave cake and gifts even money to Rusia. There's obviously something going on! How can a mother befriend her daughter's alleged killer and rapist?. about 40 witnesses testified na they're with Paco at that time his classmates even professors and security guard of Paco's condo and ininvalidate lang ng korte lahat :)

      Delete
    16. That's true. I don't believe chiong. The evidences and the witnessesare just enough to prove paco is innocent. But the justice system Philippines is having back then is a shame.

      Delete
    12. 9:58 watch Give Up Tomorrow so you'll know why so many are seeking justice for the (mis) convicted. there was no proof that it was Marijoy's body that was found and until now, the other sisters' body is still allegedly MIA.

      Delete
    13. 1:26 ang chiong family ba ang nag accused o may witness? Im sorry this is an honest question. Bakit parang chiong pa ang may kasalanan wherein sila namatayan ng 2 anak?

      Delete
    14. 2:42 really pay for what they did? All of us doesn’t really know what transpired so for you to say that is just unbelievable. Namatay, Pinatay rather, ang 2 nilang anak and up to now unrecovered pa rin ang isang katawan. Have a heart.

      Delete
    15. 3:30am, The bodies were not found. We're not even sure if the dead body was Marijoy's! And The Chiong and prosecution manipulated everything! I have a heart, and I feel for the innocent souls who until now pay for a crime they did not commit. They presented strong evidences!

    16. 9:58m, they wanted to give PACO and the others death penalty for the crime they did NOT commit!

Paco belongs to the Osmena clan, one of the richest in Cebu.. their family is influential din.. kaya nga nailipat sa Spain si Paco eh..
How would you believe the documentary they made na Give Up Tomorrow, the fact that it was made by Paco's friends..

      Delete
    7. I understand Chiong Family because they want justice for their daughters pero to convict an innocent man, then you didn’t get any justice. Why did they refuse for reopening the case or allowing for the DNA to be tested on that dead body? Bakit lahat nirefuse nila? Even the constitutional rights of the accused were denied. Bakit hindi siya pinagtestify, along with other witnesses. Why they were prematurely arrested without solid evidences? Nailipat si Paco, because they seek help sa Spain, as their last resort kasi bigo sila dito. If they were that influential, eh di sana they didn’t have to do that! He was supposedly on deathrow, only saved when death penalty was abolished. Hindi sya ganung ka influential as what you all trying to imply. Again, the chiong family was in strong connection with the President at that time!

Fyi the witness was a drug addict and a convicted felon in the us. And his statements were changing everytime. When he was being cross-examined ng defense, he acted sick so no one can question him.

Also, all other witnesses were paid. Tumatawa pa nga si Mrs. Chiong stating that 1k or 2k pesos is not a bribe. Imagine how much ang halaga ng 1k 20+yrs ago.

  24. I think to be fair in giving opinion, people must also read the SC decision completely to know the reason why 1. Paco's friends and their testimonies werent accepted 2. Why his alibi didnt check out 3. Why Rusia became star witness 4. Why there was a lack of cross examination 5. How the physical evidence corroborated with his (Rusia) testimony.

Some but not all issues mentioned in the docu was answered in that decision. Its a pretty good read guys.
