    1. Yung mga concern sa kanya walang pinagkaiba dun sa mga zealous sa pagpapatupad ng helmet law at very concerned sa mga walang helmet o hindi naghehelmet. FAKE CONCERNS!

  2. Medyo scary lang kasi yung work out niya. Baka okd fashioned ako, di ko alam trends ngayon sa pag wowork out ng mga buntis, pero nung nakita ko ig stories niya, na shookt talaga ako. Katakot ang pa barbel at pagtalon talon 😰

    1. If sanay ka na talaga mag work out and active ka before pregnancy, you can continue as long as you ask your doctor first. And hindi naman kailangan maximum effort. Like she said, wala pang 75% yung weight na binubuhat nya ngayon. No sweat lang yun sa kanya.

  3. sabi mo eh. sana walang mangyari sa baby mo. sayo naman yan. mag excercise ok. pero ung mag lift ng ganyan parang nag hahanap ka ng posibleng ipahamak ng baby mo. lift pa more teh.

      pangalawang pregnancy na nya.yung panganay nila ok naman. obviously, hindi nya gagawin yan ung masama baby at kung ngkaroon ng negative effect sa 1st baby. at kung may pera at common sense sila to hire a personal trainer, mlamang may common sense yan to consult a doctor first.

    7. Hay naku ang mga hindi nagbasa. She consulted her doctor, the utmost authority when you are preggy. She knows her body too. It's her 2nd baby na rin. And as was mentioned, that barbel is not even 75% of what she's used to so she adjusted dahil preggy sya. Like what 1:38 said, don't assume the same ineptness dahil lang hindi mo kaya.

  6. I just don't get this new trend for pregnant women nowadays, like yeah I know they just want to be fit and all that shit, but at the same time can't they just do it when they're done with their pregnancy?

    1. Ako di ako maka-relate but then I had a different experince during my pregnancies. Lagi akong high risk kaya super ingat. Pinaka-exercise na puwede ko lang gawin ay yung maglakad.

    2. Iba iba nga kasi nag pregnancy, im sure kung sinabihan sya ng doctor nya na high risk sya or delicate ang pregnancy nya e hindi nya gagawin yan.

    4. her doctor gave consent but iya most probably gave a waiver din. risky yan! kahit pa siguro maging weightlifter ako, gagawin ko lahat ng pagiingat para sa anak ko. hindi ko sya ilalagay sa peligro. iba iba lang cguro tayo ng preference pero madming aksidente na nakaamba, hindi natin alam yan kelan darating. sana lang wag mangyari sa gym-buff and body conscious people like iya na magkaaksidente sa pagbubuntis dahil sa ginagawa pa rin ang delikado kahit buntis.

  8. The weights aren’t even that heavy. The bar on its own is 45 lbs plus two 10 lb plates, total of 65lbs. Even beginners can do that. Wag exagge yung iba. She’s really active and has been working out a lot.

    5. Naku ako nagbubuhat nasa 70 kgs yung deadlift ako ang masasabi ko lang nakakapayat sya tlga na hindi na achieve ng cardio or zumba zumba lang. Nasa 110 lbs lang ako at my 30’s ngayon lang ako naging ganito kasexy so sa nagpapayat try nyo kung magaling trainer nyo sobrang worth it.

    1. Filipinos aren’t that smelly because we do not cook with a lot of spices in our food. She probably smells like her body wash when she sweats. Unlike sa ibang lahi who eats a lot of spicy food or curry, iba talaga amoy ng sweat nila.

  12. There is such a thing as accident Iya. It can happen so sana yun ang need mo itake care. Stay away from accident prone exercises. Yan pag nagkamali ka ng konti delikado ang bata.

  19. Ok naman mag exercise pero huwag yang barbel mygahd may naparalyze dyan sa US dahil nahulugan siya. Kawawa ang baby niya pag nagkataon. Pwede naman ball lang or something na malambot at safer. Oh well bahala siya baby naman niya yan pag nagkataon
