Just Cannot Accept Reality

Maturity and nobility are indicated in the way one takes responsibility for certain actions. In the local entertainment industry, the producers are often the ones who have the final say when it comes to the cast. On the one hand, tried and tested loveteams would be milked until fans get tired of the couple. They would be together in movies, and projects are lined up to please fans. On the other hand, some loveteams are separated to experiment if either party could become independent, and thus, bring in substantial earning. Nonetheless, casting is tricky, as some strategies might not actually work.

When the production decided to experiment in casting different actors for a movie, much was expected as promotions were done left and right. The cast seemed to be exciting as each one excelled in various fields, and has a substantial number of followers. However, when the box office returns were received, the producers were so upset. The project did not even last long enough in some cinemas, and even the night crowd did not bother to watch.

As the producers do not want to lose any more investment, think tanks decided to lie low on giving big projects to Controversial Actress (CA). Allegedly, the producers were not keen on the inability of CA to bring home substantial returns. Most of her projects were not doing well, anyway. As soon as the news reached CA, she started to explain that she should not be considered solely responsible for the very low revenue. CA claimed that her co-stars were new and one was even perceived negative. In other words, CA would rather blame them for the flop and not take any responsibility at all.

Nonetheless, the producers decided to freeze the projects for CA for the meantime. At this point in her life, she could no longer care less. Her love life is too exciting and the man in her life never ceases to make her smile. Thus, between career and love, CA knows which is important for her at this point.
