Huh? Ilang Gigi na ba napanood mo? I like Rachelle but Isay is still the best Gigi for me. Hanggang ngayon kapag naririnig ko ang The Movie in my Mind I stii hear the voice of Isay kahit iba kumakanta
FYI. Cameron Mackintosh himself wrote a personal note for Rachelle where it says he considers her the most amazing Gigi Saigon has ever had and that she's the movie in his mind.
I like Rachelle's Gigi, but I still prefer Isay and the rest of the original London cast. I have to say that I didn't like her riff in her duet with Lea during the gala. (And yes, she was told to sing it her own way, but it would've been more beautiful if she just stuck with how that part of the song was usually sung.) But Rachelle was wonderful as Gigi overall.
Baks, yung 25th anniversary ito last year in London. They recorded the entire show and ngayon lang pinalabas. May gala sya after at dun lalabas si tita Lea.
Baks, you can't control what everyone wants to say about Rachelle. Just like what i said kanina sa taas, she has cellulites sa puwet kahit payat sya. Tsaka meron pa syang mga bumpy creases na parang deep stretch marks sa puwet. Nagsasabi lang ng totoo.
Sana hindi si Rachelle, sana walang pinoy sa cast para di na manood yung mga fantards lang naman nung artista at di talaga nakakaappreciate ng theater na kahit nagstart na ang play selfie parin ng selfie at ang iingay pa. Sorry, honest opinion lang po.
Cinema recording pala ito. My bad. Hehe. Pero still sana sa mga susunod na production dito wag na nila isama kung sino man Pinoy star na kasama sa cast. It's theater! Not a concert of a single celeb.
