    1. And when their honesty is tarnished they commit suicide. Di tulad natin makakapal mukha. Walang pakialam kahit ang pera galing sa nakaw.

    2. I agree, they're very admirable. I don't think the majority of Filipinos will ever be like them.

    3. Sa Pilipinas, when honor is tarnished, they run for public office, or extend their terms! LOL

    4. Too late. We are hopeless.

    5. That is their culture. Sa religion natin, it's a mortal sin to take a life, even one's own.

    5. Actually, it's very lonely in japan. Napakaworkaholic ng culture. And totoo ung parang may emotional gap talaga. They're polite, but not very warm. Stay in a place for a long time and you will miss the Pinoy culture.

  14. Legitimate ASIAS SONGBIRD. The others are just her clones and flankers that labelling themselves with "ASIA" in their own titles but never established a career, won an award and sold albums outside Philippines. Regine is the Real Deal, no doubt her unparalleled achievements, incredible talent and phenomenal influence made her reign supreme in our industry for more than 30 years. #NagIisa

    1. Yes she's one and only.

    2. There's a lot of successful singers in Asia and she's only one of them. Philippine songbird pwede pa.

      Delete
    3. Partida, wala pa noon matinding marketing at social media. Yan ang kaibahan ng talent na hindi bunga ng marketing. legit yan.

      Delete
    4. So according to you @10:24 sino ang dapat na Asia's Songbird? May mga ibang sikat sa Asia but konti lang before and they can have other titles. Kahit nga si Coco Lee na nagkaroon ng international career (Regine decided not to pursue her international career because she didn't like the fact na dapat pag tinanong sya kung taga saan sya Asian lang dapat sagot nya, di Filipino), e diva of all divas ang tawag kay Regine.

  15. Baka may past si koya with a Filipina. Hays grabe talaga magmahal mga hapon.

  16. Chusera din si japanese driver. Lol

  17. Regine Velasquez is a legitimate Asian pop icon.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Regine was idolized in countries like Indonesia, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea and Singapore during the peak of her asia-wide music career. In the Philippines, she is the bestselling artist with a staggering 9 million albums sold. Her duet with cantonese pop superstar Jacky Cheung remains an asian english ballad classic.

    3. 11:29 Mark Sablan! Sablay ka na naman. Wag TH magjoke!

  24. Please fans. First let's acknowledge na in her prime, Regine was a force to reckon with. All singers peak and then that's that. No singer can sustain being at their peak for their entire career. So wag na sabihing laos na si Regine. Second, it's good that the younger generation are being given their time to shine. But again, you don't have to put down Regine para lang maangat mga idols nyo. Instead, hope that they can achieve what Regine has achieved or even exceed her achievements. Sadly though Regine doesn't seem to have any real heirs or wala talagang legitimate successor. Sarah was doing well for a time but Regine was doing so much more when she was Sarah's age. In the same way that after Lea, wala ng Pinay na nakabreakthrough sa theater in the way she did. Not to belittle Rachel Anne Go but she's no Lea Salonga. But I'm optimistic that she has a different kind of success waiting for her. So instead of trolling online and calling Regine laos, challenge your idols to do better than Regine. I remember Regine openly proclaiming that she idolized Kuh Ledesma, and how she wanted to be as successful as Kuh. Well Regine wasn't as successful as Kuh, she outdid Kuh! So sana ganun din sa current batch of singers.
