True naman that duterte really is a non conformist but gosh he cant always have that as an excuse. he needs to conduct himself properly. It really brings out his character, his mother, former wife and daughter must have been so proud of the way he treats women! And I really like how unguarded and candid he is during press briefing, it brings to mind the drunk uncle you wish would never attend your family gatherings...
