Filipinos are so butt hurt when it comes to foreigners ranting and complaining about PAL, but what about the majority of Filipinos who can't stand PAL for the same reason and complain all the time about it? Don't hate on Karlie because she out PAL on blast. Hate the fact that PAL is known everywhere for its poor service. It didn't start with Karlie and its not going to end with Karlie. Hope this is a wake up call to PAL. The Philippines is so behind when it comes to airports and airlines. This has nothing to do with the incorrect spelling. Totally agree. I was an OFW for 16 years working with an international non-profit that took me to different continents and countries but one flight with PAL was all I took. Why? Below par customer service in both ground and air aspects plus bad attitude of staff. Sorry if that sounds unpatriotic but I wanted to keep my self-respect and dignity. I have worked in multi-cultural settings most of my life but it was with PAL where I experienced being treated as second class citizen.
Agree. Nag-rant about PAL at na-offend/hurt mga tao (dahil national carrier daw natin) kaya ang reaction is to retaliate by focusing on how she misspelled the word. hay nako no such thing as customer service with PAL. on a flight back to Manila from the US, I was checking in. Sabi, since I don't have a pre-assigned seat, they can't check me in until everyone else has checked in, including those that are late! WTF! turned out, they overbooked the economy flight and so they want to wait for their elite members so they can upgrade them! so incompetent. I'm the one who's already there so they should just give me the upgraded seat, after all, it's not my fault that they overbooked. when i complained, the personnel told me that's PAL's policy so next time don't book with PAL daw if I don't like it. grrrrrr... talagang never again!!!

Malamang may rules na sinusunod ang mga airlines, late na nga siya, siya pa tong may ganang mag reklamo. Di naman umiikot sa kanya ang mundo. Kaloka.
