DTI should hear these different defective items from Lazada. So many customers have already aired their concerns regarding the poor quality of the items and fraudulent misrepresentation of the said items.
Sana talaga mag karoon ng stricter implementation ng laws sa Pinas. Like this Lazada, fraudulent naman pala ang claims at tinda nila. Hindi ba naisip ng BIR to check if they even pay taxes and shut them down? Or DTI, pretty sure naman they got wind of this site na. Ung false advertisement ng mga companies saying na ganito, ganyan services nila tapos nawawala ung signal or something? Sana maputulan na ng sungay ang mga bad businesses na ito. Hindi naman basta pinupulot ang pera..
Would be best to file a case sa DTI. You just need to email them. I had that problem before with Metrodeal. After I emailed DTI and CC'd Metrodeal, the problem was resolved in a matter of days.
Yung Lazada kasi parang online tiangge lang. Maraming intsik na nagtitinda. Kaya expected na yung binibili mo peke. Tsaka wag na kasing maniwala sa mga 50% or 70% discounts nila kasi kung hahanapin mo yung mga items na yan sa mall, eh yung discounted price kuno sa Lazada eh yun naman talaga tunay na price nyan sa mga malls.
Oh gosh same issue with me... Worsed un akin i ordered an iphone 5s it says on the ads that it is 100% original. When i received the item as soon as i open it medyo nag taka na ako sa Box nia kasi ang gaan sobra tapos medyo if u know the original box of iphone medyo mapapansin mo may mali.. So giving the benefit of the doubt i opened it.. Then when i checked the screen meron shades ng black ung gilid nia then i open the sim tray may scratch then i started to panic na kasi i paid it original price of an iphone 5s. Then i tried to checked the IMEI of the phone i was soooo shocked that i found out that the iphone they delivered to me is a recon. All the warranty are expired na and base sa IMEI na open na ung iphone January of 2014 pa.. Grabe Lazada sobrang gusto ko sila i demanda.
Lol. May naniniwala parin pala samga tinitinda ng lazada. Eh antagal na at andami ng reklamo nyang Online store na yan. Puro fakes ang paninda dyan. Chinese fakes. Sa mga Gadgets naman 90% second hand binebenta nila as brand new, hiyang hiya ang GH sa kanila. Hahaha
Don't buy at lazada! Bought a bag there, MK at 7k! Syempre big company so akala ko authentic at makakatipid ako, ayun fake ung bag! Yung mga stitching ang gara!
Mga bags nila na sinasabi nilang authentic hindi naman tlaga.. mga longchamp, mk! Wag kayo papaloko sa kanila pati na din sa iba pa na nagclaclaim na authentic items nila pero hindi naman tlaga.. longchamp 2k?? Kaloka!
Ung nanay ko nag order na naman sa lazada.. Pinagalitan ko nga.. Sabi ko wala na credibility lazada kaya wag na wag na sya binili dun!

ReplyDeleteApple mismo hindi nagsesale ng ganyan kababa. Ibig sabihin pag ganun kamura either fake or 2nd hand na, wag nang sumugal.
