He knows and he doesn't care because, according to his interview with Tito Boy (maka-tito naman ako akala mo naman legal na pamangkin), he is open to any gender. Not verbatim but that thought was implied.
So what if he is dating or exchanging msgs with a transgender? It's no longer our business. I just hate the double standards of our society. If you're a guy, and you're dating another guy, ok lang. But if you're dating a transwoman, you'll be hurled with insults.
