Must Generate More Excitement to Revitalize His Career

The moment Hunk Talent (HT) entered the network, the audience noticed that HT was a favorite. HT was immediately given his break the moment he ended up as a finalist in one of the contests of the network. He was given the opportunity to hone his craft by playing various roles ranging from being cute to being dramatic. The audience loved him and soon, he was earning his space in the network and was on his way to leading man status.

Nonetheless, time and circumstance are unpredictable. A series of events slowly diminished the glitter of his star. When the network found a gem in his loveteam with Gifted Performer (GP), it took advantage of pairing them in various projects. The fans hoped that HT and GP would end up together. However, it was too late when the fans figured out that they had been an item.

While the career of GP flourished, HT lagged behind. After a hit series, HT was not given a follow up project soon enough. Any showbiz follower knows that absence on the screen does not make the hearts fans grow fonder. Worse, HT’s relationships were criticized by fans and followers. Local fans always feel that they have the right to express their views on the personal choices of their idols. Sadly, the negative views further lessened the popularity of HT.

In a recent project after a long hiatus, instead of receiving good reviews, critics focused on the subpar acting of HT. Even his production numbers did not generate as much excitement as before. Thus, it seems that HT is now having problems in his image and market value, which might make it hard for the network to risk him as a lead actor in projects. Lucky for him, the network still has faith in him despite the entry of more good-looking and talented newbies. Thus, HT is being given a boost, but not as a lead actor in his next project.

So, what can be done to generate a fresh look at HT? HT could follow what other actors have done to remain in the business. Several actors have reinvented themselves by shifting from the usual cute roles into complex characters. Others work hard to develop a toned body and then, pose provocatively in a magazine to display the well-cut abs. Another option is to move to another network, but in HT’s case, this choice is not a good move. Finally, HT should never lose hope if he wants to stay in the business.
