    1. Teens are mapupusok. It doesnt mean tan**a sila or b. Just because nabuntis sila ng maaga doesnt make you any smarter than them Lea. Remember that people make mistakes dahil tao tayo. At some point in your life hindi ka ba nagkamali sa buhay mo? Just because these women who sin different than you doesnt mean you are not a sinner at all.

    2. I think what she meant about teens being stupid is that, mapupusok sila pero, responsibilidad din nila ang magresearch about safe sex thus, the contraception. Hindi nya iniinsinuate na mas mataas sya or righteous sya. If you want to have sex, keep it safe - simple as that.

      Delete
    3. Hoy 3:23 anong pinagsasabi mo dyan? And it's true na mapupusok nga siya, which is why they need guidance along the way. And SexEd doesn't mean na malalaman nila kung pano mag-sex and whatnots, ni wala pa ngang ganun dito sa Pinas nalalaman na nila in their own ways, but yun nga, SexEd can help them understand what sex is all about. And even teach them how to use contraceptives etc. Kaya anong point mo at sa hinaba-haba ng message mong yan at walang sense. Kalurkey.

Ang pagaanak e Hindi RIGHT KUNGDI RESPONSIBILIDAD NILA!!!!!

She meant, kung na educate yung mga teenagers and they are aware of their resources, then pwedeng ma prevent ang unwanted pregnancy.
No where sa answer nya na nagmataas sya IMO.

      Delete
    7. Si Lea pa talaga ang mapagmataas? Siya na nga ang gumagawa ng hakbang para mapigilan ang unwanted pregnancy using her popularity tapos nagagalit ka pa sa kanya? Ano bang klaseng pag-iisip ang meron ka, 3:23am?!

      Delete
    8. Better safe than sorry. Parang its okay mabuntis. Okay to make mistakes. Samantalang pag na-educate sila maiiwasan yun. UTAK PLEASE!

      Delete
LOL

      Delete
    10. Basahin mabuti, the reply pertains to the Government na ayaw implement ang batas to which Ayn assumed na kaya hindi iniimplement ng Gov kasi gusto nila na mas dumami pa ang teenager na nabubuntis ng maaga. And Lea said katangahan na ng Gov yun. Gets?

Go Lea! Thanks for being the voice of the many Filipinos na naniniwalang ang sanhi ng kahirapan ay ang sobrang laki ng populasyon. And thank you for the concern sa mga kabataang mapupusok who at an early age ay ngeengage sa premarital sex. If we can't prevent them at least the Gov should educate them para makaiwas sa sakit at maagang pagbubuntis.

      Delete
    11. 3:23 just because mapupusok ang teen-agers tatanggapin mo na lang ng ganun? Kaya nga i-educate din sila through RH bill! And of course, guidance rin ng elders ang kelangan!

      Delete

      Delete
    13. 323 educate them nga di ba? If naeducate sila early on about the consequences of early pregnancy and with proper guidance from parents, maiiwasan ang teenage pregnancy. Yun po ang point ni miss Lea.

      Delete
    14. Correct. Lea is socially aware. Dapat ganiyan lahat ng nasa katungkulan. Pero mga old-school majority sa politicians e. Hindi man lang marinig ang boses tungkol sa mga social issues like RH Bill.

      Delete
    15. Teh AnonymousAugust 28, 2015 at 3:23 AM

If you ask the teens now kung maibabalik lang nila at maiwasan ung ganung sitwasyon, 100% of them would say YES!

    17. konting reading compre lang 3:23, lea's ta**a is referring to the people who are opposing to the implementation of the RH bill siguro isa ka sa mga maagang nabuntis kaya kung makakuda ka, tinamaan much?

      Delete
The masses are taught FP and RH via Family Development Sessions. All of these are under government sanctions. Yan ba ang ayaw mag-implement? Your opinions are just that - opinions. Ang culprit dito ay mga mambabatas na hinaharang ang bill due to personal reasons - either because of their own principles, or they just don't want to incur the wrath of the church. In short, politics. Magkaiba ang politics sa gobyerno.

      Delete
    19. And it's not just about unwanted pregnancy, it's also about STI's.

      Delete
She said ta**a if gusto na madami pa mabuntis nf maaga.

      Delete
    21. Wow!

      Delete
    2. @12:42, yes, there are some brgy centers giving out contraception. However, there are brgy centers that don't due to "religious beliefs ". During the time of Atienza in Manila, he prohibited giving out pills from these centers. The RH bill will make this compulsory same with sex education. So, before saying learn your history, you should do it yourself first

      Delete

    4. Teh AnonymousAugust 28, 2015 at 12:42 AM

You just agreed to Lea's point.
It's because the law is NOT executed properly if NOT at all.
And mind you, mas edukada sya kesa sayo so merong basehan ang opinyon nya

      Delete
    5. Anon 1:40. How do you know that Lea is more educated than me? And what do you know about the status of RH in the grassroots? Do you have statistics to prove your point? Do you work in health care like I do? Is Lea in health care as well? Have you and Lea participated in RH information dissemination? Have you ever dispensed contraception to the poor? Have you ever done birth control and STD counselling to adolescents? I have done all of the above as part of my job as a public health nurse.

      Delete
    7. Aba, anon 10:17, marami po kami. Docs, nurses, midwives, officials, social workers, volunteers, etc.... In every town, every barangay. Obviously, ang nakikita mo lang ay ang bird's eye view which is lacking in detail, and is thus misleading. You are forming generalizations out of a generalization. And I don't get your statement about the grassroots strategy? EVERY barangay in the country has the means of providing RH education and supplies to its residents, and is doing so. May lalawak pa ba doon?

  9. As far as I know, mga Catholic schools lang naman ang walang SexEd. As for birth control, they're widely available at health centers even at the barangay level, for free pa.

    2. Anon 4:05. How do you know na hindi alam ng mga tao? May statistics ka ba to prove that? People at the barangay level are always informed about birth control, lalo na ang mga CCT beneficiaries. I should know. I'm a health worker, and I have observed how people in the grassroots are barraged with info about RH from DOH, DSWD, and other agencies. My point is, even without that RH bill, RH is being implemented.

It was discussed there the male and female reptofuctive organs, how life begins and whatever. Second planning is takled at grade 6 THE subject. I just dont know kung talaga lang nagdowngrade angeducation ng bansa. Pati books ngayun walang laman. If instead of hr bill kundi strick hiring of talented teachers at review ng mga books na bibilhin ang inatuoag mas okay pa. Its a common kniwledge kahit anga anga iyun sng hinahire kasi ninong nya di whoever politician.
