    1. Hirap siya maglose weight coz its in herr mother side genes na tabain sila and kung wala siyang exercise like her daughter KC eh magkakasakit talaga siya coz crash diet yung nangyayare sa kanya.

    2. 1:35 tama k about crash diet. Pero ung mahirp maglose weight dhil nasa lahi nila mali ka dun. Kung gusto may paraan kung ayaw marami dahilan. Dpt exercise ang gawin nya hnd diet sa food. Once nag eeexercise ka hnd m na kelangn pa mag diet sa food. Choose m lang healthy food n iwas sa sweets,salty n fatty papayat ka. Basta tamang exercise at pagkain lang katapat nya. I lose 21k in 4 months without skipping meals. Mas madalas p nga k kumain ngayon.un nga lang patayan sa exercise. No pain no gain sabi nga nila.

She has all the means na kaso her genes… like kc kahit anong pagpapapayat niya she still looks big yun nga napapansin parati sa kanya but i like her built but cintinue lang sa exercise and active coz tabain eh

  8. in short tita Shawie, gusto mo lang sabihin sa madlang people na di mo na kayang mag diet...paano na ang pangarap mong gumawa ulit ng pelikula? di pwedeng ganyan ka lang ang hitsura kasi wala ng manonood sa yo dahil di kana magkasya sa puting telon...LOL!

Alam mo Ate Shawie, hindi ka dapat nag didiet, dapat kumakain ka ng tamang pagkain at konti konting exercise, kaya ka nagkakasakit kasi you are on diet you are trying to deprive yourself kaya nagtatalo ang needs mo sa isip laban sa needs mo sa katawan. Dapat tama kinakain mo para hindi mahina resistensya mo. Nung wala akong preno sa pagkain at wala akong pinipiling pagkain, at mabigat timbang ko, sakitin ako, lagi akong may binat, madali kapitan ng sipon at higat sa lahat lagi akong pagod. Nung pinili ko na kinakain ko, lumakas resistensya ko, nabawasan timbang ko at hindi ako laging pagod! Yun lang sagot dun at hindi prayers.

    1. Korek ka jan. ganyn din ako. Nagkasakit ako almost 2 months ako inuubo. Graveh pinag daanan k na un. Tapos nung timbangin pa k nung nurse prang gulat na gulat na lampat 100kg ako:( sabi k sa sarili k gagaling kang ako uumpisahan k na talga mag exercise. Hnd diet ang inisip k kundi ang mag exercise at itama pagkain k. So sinomulan k sa pag zuzumba at pag kain ng tama. Unti unti bknawasan k ang sweets n salty. Sa fatty d k prob kasi d ako masydo mahilig sa fatty food. Sweets lng talaga ako nayayari. Pero nagawa k nmn. Ngayon minimum of 2 hrs workout k at maximum of 3 hrs. Mix ang ginagwa. May cardio, lifting n boxing. Kaya k na din ngayon gawin ang HIIT na dati sa una palang hingal na ko. Pag gusto may paraan ika nga nila. 44lbs na anv nabawas sakin. 20lbs pa tnatanggal k para maging normal na weight k.

    2. True! Ako din, 180 pounds. Laging depressed, tamad na tamad sa buhay, laging pagod. Ang bigat ng katawan ko, e. Wala pang pigil sa pagkain. Takam na takam lagi, parang PG lang. I was so miserable kasi alam ko hindi healthy pinanggagawa ko, pero parang hindi ko kayang pigilan. Nag umpisa akong maging choosy sa pagkain. Hindi ko naman dinedeprive sarili ko, pero unti unti kong pinipili ang mga healthy food. Tapos this year, i started exercising. I still eat, pero mejo in moderation na. I still occasionally indulge in sweets pero kahit tamad na tamad ako, i still exercise 5x/week. Ang rest day ko from exercise is interspersed within the week. I reward myself not with food, but with massages, spa, or something else. I lost 11 pounds and still continuing to lose more. Slowly. I'm in no hurry coz i want this weight loss to be sustainable. No tricks nor crash diets needed, sa ayaw at sa gusto ko, in the end, healthy diet and exercise pa rin ang magpapapayat sayo. Still a long way to go, encountering discouraging bumps and hurdles along the way. Pero sawa na kasi ako sa pagiging mataba. No excuses. Just do it.

Instead of typing in a number of strokes considering your so sick you could have save your energy by just tapping one contact number. What is so special about your flu that the whole world must know? Is that a new high end variant of the flu visrus?

  22. maintain a healthy weight, which does not mean going back to how you looked like in the 90s. however, mental health is most important. if you want, retire na lang kase and live a stress-free life. it can be done.

  23. Eating healthy is a key to weight loss. Eating foods that are high in fibres helps you feel full longer and so it curb your carb cravings. Eating foods that have high water contents such as cucumber,celery fills you up easily.

  26. Siguro widthrawal syndrome. This is the right time she incorporate excercise with diet. Dapat ituloy tuloy nya at wag nya ihinto. Support system is very important to encourage and cheer her. Her diet should be strictly no salty and oily foods. Steemed, blanched, boiled, baked or grilled. Go get healthy! Let's support rach other to be healthy!
