So this was i think what happened: kinompronta ng bf ni carlene yung anak ng may ari not knowing he was the owners son and malamang binanatan kaya sila binalikan ng mga kamag anak at mga security. Coz mahirap namang paniwalaan na ang isang lasing na hindi nag sorry na pinabayaan niyo lang dahil edukado ang bf/hubby niya e gawin pa yung ginawa sa kanila. Wala na sa hulog…

For me, tingin ko nung binangga nung owner's son si Carlene at nakita ni hubby yun pwedeng sinigawan ni hubby si owner's son kaya ayun nag sumbong sa tatay at sinugod na sila.
Di lang naman sila ni Carlene ang may experienced sa may-ari ng hotel may mga guests na rin nagsalita na nakaranas raw sila ng pambabastos sa anak ng may-ari na langsengero. Baka Drug addict pa to ang anak ng may-ari ng Grand Boracay. Nakakatakot naman mag stay sa place na yan lalo na kung mga anak mo lalaki baka pag tripan ng anak ng may-ari ng hotel.

Pwedeng sinabihan ni Carlene at ng asawa nya yung lalaki ng di maganda nung binangga ni Carlene at di man lang nag sorry kaya ayun nagalit ang mayabang na anak at since sila ang may ari ng hotel hindi nya matanggap na mapag sabihan sya ng guest lang sa hotel nila. Kung sa akin nangyari yan sorry na lang at babawian ko tlga yang mag amang yan. Pati mata nila may latay! Kung nagkasagutan lang naman eh tama bang manakit sila ng ganun ganun na lang?!! Well, not necessarily. When one ventures into the service industry, it doesn't matter how cheap or how classy your hotel is, guests who paid should be treated well. Owners and management shouldn't act as if they are doing the guests a favor.

Ayon sa tripadvisor puro terrible ang comments sa kanila. Poor customer service, poor facilities means mismanagement. Mismanagement means walang pakialam ang owners sa guests. Figures.

I seriously doubt that this is all there is to the story. There must have been some sort of confrontation, altercation or whatever to have set them off. You cant just go around beating someone up without cause no matter how petty it might Have been.
Even if there was a CCTV footage it could have have been destroyed since they own the hotel. I think Carlene should get the help of a celeb lawyer or report this to Tulfo or other media outlets, and post her experience and pictures/police report on tripadvisor and other hotel sites. Giving the family and hotel bad publicity is the only way they could fight/bring down that family who has the money, connections and power

I have a bad experience din sa Grand Boracay Resort. Everything is so poor. The place itself, the services and even the staff. The chinese owner is even worst. Masyadong matapobre sa mga empleyado. Only gives importance to chinese guests. Pag ibang lahi, specially filipinos, so so lng ang service.
Stayed one floor below carlene's room. Yes we heard d commotion but were afraid to go out. Dont know d complete story, but what were sure of is, d owners had been drinking d whole day and had been shouting and shaming their staff once drunk. Weve seen this happen throughout our stay. Horrible facilities, horrible service, horrible owner. Pls boycott this hotel.
we stayed at the hotel during laboracay, although i didn't personally witness the altercation, i can can attest to the fact that you are a liar. i have seen and heard the owner interact with thier staff and it is the farthest thing from what you are saying. very respectful tone all throughout, abeit with a very strong chinese accent.

This must be spread. Nakakatakot ang hotel nato'. Marami na rin ako sa facebook nabasa na nakaexperienced sila ng pambabastos sa Lasenggerong anak ng May-ari. Sana lang di naman mga mahal natin sa buhay ang mabiktima nila.
People think they know the whole story when in fact, only one side has been heard. These photos doesn't show how badly hurt the owners were! maybe the guy just tripped and cut his toe, we don't know. Seeing this pop up on my page over and over again makes me sick! I've stayed at this hotel a number of times and never have i experienced anything like this. and looking at the pictures, those injuries are inconsistent with the ones that should have been inflicted if he were hit. also using a glass bottle of liquor is considered a deadly weapon and hitting a kid with it? well, a crime has been admitted. good luck in court. my opinion is the owners should file for slander as well.
