1- What was the nature of the JOB in Pagadian that MM lost because she was offloaded by Cebu Pacific back to Manila? (Hosting, dancing, singing?) 2- What are the terms of her job contract? 3- Does non-appearance void the contract? 4- Who was her Employer in Pagadian? 5- How many days of work in Pagadian did she miss? 6- How much was the salary that MM lost for that job? 7- Who cancelled the job – the employer or her? 8- Why is MM blaming Rey Pamaran for losing that job? 9- Did Rey P ask the Employer or directly influence the Employer to cancel her contract? Any evidence to support that claim? 10 -If MM is afraid to go to Pagadian – is that really a big loss to MM – if there are so many other cities in Mindanao that she can go to? 11 - Why does MM think that one person can effectively ban her from going to Pagadian?
If MM wants to share her "truth" - she wouldn't mind answering these questions.

Lasing nga cguro talaga si MM and she really intended na agawin un reserved seat. Kasi kung habol lang niya eh picturan un clouds, pwede naman siya lumipat ng ibang vacant seat na kita clouds after takeoff. CebPac allows that. Or kung wala vacant, she could've asked the guy nicely to allow her few minutes for picture after takeoff tutal dun lang din naman niya mapipicturan un clouds.
2 flight attendants sustained scratch wounds on the face. That was the reason why the plane had to go back and offload her. 2 warning cards? Umabot sa pangatlo warning that's why she was offloaded. Regardless of what the two guys was shouting or saying to her, she had no right to hurt the airline's employees, when they were only trying to restrain her. Lesson learned: if you want to take pictures of clouds, get a chartered private plane. That is if you can afford it.
Airplane safety and security is no joke. Airlines all over the world take this issue seriously. If there is a threat to the safety of the passengers, flight attendants, pilots, and the airplane, then the threat must be removed or neutralized. Even just a joke about “bombs” may result to a removal from the flight/airplane.
How much more for an “unruly passenger” who: 1) Wanted seat 1A which does not belong to her – and refused to go to her assigned seat (2B) 2) Was warned several times by the flight attendants to occupy her assigned seat, or else she will be ejected from the flight (she was already forewarned) 3) Caused an unnecessary delay of 30 minutes, before she finally sat on her assigned seat 4) Caused commotion, stress and tension among the passengers 5) Got up, went back to the first row, faced and confronted the occupant of seat 1A, once the plane was airborne (totally ignoring the earlier warnings) 6) In her anger and rage, physically slapped/hit/hurt the occupant of seat 1A 7) In the process of holding her back to stop her rage, inadvertently hurt the flight attendants also.
The Pilot finally decided to remove this “unruly passenger” – as she was deemed a threat to the passengers and the flight attendants. They turned back and offloaded the unruly passenger – and went to Pagadian with NO untoward incident.
MM claimed that: 1) the Pilot did not even hear /listen to her side of the story and her excuses 2) the Pilot was “over-acting” when he decided to eject her from the flight 3) it was unfair that Rey and Andrew were not ejected from the flight also
Pilots are responsible for safety of the lives of everyone on board – they have the intelligence and the experience to discern what constitutes a threat to their flight.
The Pilot decided that MM was the ONLY ONE who was unruly, caused the trouble/commotion, physically hurt a passenger/flight attendant – and posed as a threat to everyone. MM had to go – and everyone had a peaceful, uneventful flight thereafter. The Pilot effectively removed the “threat” – hence the flight went on its merry way.
Hindi porke't babae ka mangaagaw ka na ng upuan. Hindi porke't matanda ka mangaagaw ka na ng upuan. Hindi porke't gusto mo ng clouds mangaagaw ka na ng upuan. You being a woman does not give you a ticket to disrespect other people. Di nasunod gusto mo papasaringan nyong mag-ina na gay sila? Ano kinalaman ng kasarian nila sa inasal mo melissa? Umayos ka!
Bottomline: You created the problem by insisting to take someone else's seat so you can take pictures of clouds, as if walang clouds sa likod. Ikaw ang nag wala at nag sampal ng passenger at flight attendant. Ikaw ang may problema MM!!
I think she was the one started the complexity from snatching the seat of other person who owned the seat to injuring the flight attendants and the person who owned the seat.... Her alibi of her womanity and age differential is not acceptable because not all women and elderly act the way she acted.... Its not an excuse that because you're a woman and old that you have all the right to be benefitted eventhough you are the wronged one. We are only human, if someone triggered our feelings, we cannot control it but to show our disgustment, happiness, anger, sadness, joy etc. to others depending on what cause the feelings to outburst.
Mrs Mendez, the way I see it you had *two* opportunities to mitigate the situation. Firstly, you should never have occupied the seat in the first place. Whether your reason was genuine, nanubok ka o kinapalan mo lang yung mukha mo, a decent person would know that such action was out of place.
Secondly, dumating na yung may-ari ng upuan, asserted his right and asked you to move. So your only course of action at this time was to vacate the seat and apologize, but you refused to do so. Those facts are enough for me. Whatever happened after that was your own undoing. You cannot blame anybody but yourself. You provoked the situation.
If I was the one who had bought that seat, paaalisin din kita. The other people involved perhaps could have handled that better, but I dare say that upon your making your decision to occupy that seat, you should have also been better prepared of the outcome. Don’t drag other women or Gabriela into this as most are not likely be as rude and arrogant as you.

At kung sa tingin mo ulit na wala kang kasalanan,ipaglaban mo at sana magtagumpay ka. Kasuhan mo yung guy at higit sa lahat kasuhan mo ang airline kasi they kicked you off the flight kahit wala kang kasalanan. And lastly, don't focus to the guy alone. Kc kung napahiya ka nung guy, mas nakakahiya na pinatalsik ka sa flight kahit wala kang kasalanan tulad ng sinasabi mo kaya dapat kasuhan mo din ang airline for damages and we will see.

2- What are the terms of her job contract?
3- Does non-appearance void the contract?
4- Who was her Employer in Pagadian?
5- How many days of work in Pagadian did she miss?
6- How much was the salary that MM lost for that job?
7- Who cancelled the job – the employer or her?
8- Why is MM blaming Rey Pamaran for losing that job?
9- Did Rey P ask the Employer or directly influence the Employer to cancel her contract? Any evidence to support that claim?
10 -If MM is afraid to go to Pagadian – is that really a big loss to MM – if there are so many other cities in Mindanao that she can go to?
11 - Why does MM think that one person can effectively ban her from going to Pagadian?

Kasi kung habol lang niya eh picturan un clouds, pwede naman siya lumipat ng ibang vacant seat na kita clouds after takeoff. CebPac allows that. Or kung wala vacant, she could've asked the guy nicely to allow her few minutes for picture after takeoff tutal dun lang din naman niya mapipicturan un clouds.

ReplyDelete2 flight attendants sustained scratch wounds on the face. That was the reason why the plane had to go back and offload her. 2 warning cards? Umabot sa pangatlo warning that's why she was offloaded. Regardless of what the two guys was shouting or saying to her, she had no right to hurt the airline's employees, when they were only trying to restrain her. Lesson learned: if you want to take pictures of clouds, get a chartered private plane. That is if you can afford it.
ReplyDeleteAirplane safety and security is no joke. Airlines all over the world take this issue seriously. If there is a threat to the safety of the passengers, flight attendants, pilots, and the airplane, then the threat must be removed or neutralized. Even just a joke about “bombs” may result to a removal from the flight/airplane.
ReplyDeleteHow much more for an “unruly passenger” who:
1) Wanted seat 1A which does not belong to her – and refused to go to her assigned seat (2B)
2) Was warned several times by the flight attendants to occupy her assigned seat, or else she will be ejected from the flight (she was already forewarned)
3) Caused an unnecessary delay of 30 minutes, before she finally sat on her assigned seat
4) Caused commotion, stress and tension among the passengers
5) Got up, went back to the first row, faced and confronted the occupant of seat 1A, once the plane was airborne (totally ignoring the earlier warnings)
6) In her anger and rage, physically slapped/hit/hurt the occupant of seat 1A
7) In the process of holding her back to stop her rage, inadvertently hurt the flight attendants also.
The Pilot finally decided to remove this “unruly passenger” – as she was deemed a threat to the passengers and the flight attendants. They turned back and offloaded the unruly passenger – and went to Pagadian with NO untoward incident.
MM claimed that:
1) the Pilot did not even hear /listen to her side of the story and her excuses
2) the Pilot was “over-acting” when he decided to eject her from the flight
3) it was unfair that Rey and Andrew were not ejected from the flight also
Pilots are responsible for safety of the lives of everyone on board – they have the intelligence and the experience to discern what constitutes a threat to their flight.
The Pilot decided that MM was the ONLY ONE who was unruly, caused the trouble/commotion, physically hurt a passenger/flight attendant – and posed as a threat to everyone. MM had to go – and everyone had a peaceful, uneventful flight thereafter. The Pilot effectively removed the “threat” – hence the flight went on its merry way.

Bottomline: You created the problem by insisting to take someone else's seat so you can take pictures of clouds, as if walang clouds sa likod. Ikaw ang nag wala at nag sampal ng passenger at flight attendant. Ikaw ang may problema MM!!
ReplyDeleteI think she was the one started the complexity from snatching the seat of other person who owned the seat to injuring the flight attendants and the person who owned the seat.... Her alibi of her womanity and age differential is not acceptable because not all women and elderly act the way she acted.... Its not an excuse that because you're a woman and old that you have all the right to be benefitted eventhough you are the wronged one. We are only human, if someone triggered our feelings, we cannot control it but to show our disgustment, happiness, anger, sadness, joy etc. to others depending on what cause the feelings to outburst.

ReplyDeleteMrs Mendez, the way I see it you had *two* opportunities to mitigate the situation.
ReplyDeleteFirstly, you should never have occupied the seat in the first place. Whether your reason was genuine, nanubok ka o kinapalan mo lang yung mukha mo, a decent person would know that such action was out of place.
Secondly, dumating na yung may-ari ng upuan, asserted his right and asked you to move.
So your only course of action at this time was to vacate the seat and apologize, but you refused to do so.
Those facts are enough for me. Whatever happened after that was your own undoing. You cannot blame anybody but yourself.
You provoked the situation.
If I was the one who had bought that seat, paaalisin din kita.
The other people involved perhaps could have handled that better, but I dare say that upon your making your decision to occupy that seat, you should have also been better prepared of the outcome.
Don’t drag other women or Gabriela into this as most are not likely be as rude and arrogant as you.
“Respect is a two-way street. If you’re not willing to give it, then you definitely don’t deserve it.”
Naku save this nalang for your arguments in court. This isn't the proper venue for it.

And one more thing, nasa harapan ang seat mo diba? Ang daming window seats sa likod mo left and right eh bakit dun pa sa may leg room mo pa gusto? It's too petty that you are asking for such favor dahil lang sa gusto mong magpicture ng clouds. Naisip mo ba o nakakita knb ng mga disabled passengers in one of your flight? Sna lang walang disabled passenger on board sa flight nayun kc mas nakakahiya ka kung meron. The bottom line of these all eh nag turn around ang plane bcoz of you at inoffload ka. Kung sa tingin mo hindi ikaw ang may kasalan, dapat sana hindi ikaw ang inalis sa flight kundi yung guy. The mere fact na inoffload ka ibig sabihin they found you at fault. At kung sa tingin mo ulit na wala kang kasalanan,ipaglaban mo at sana magtagumpay ka. Kasuhan mo yung guy at higit sa lahat kasuhan mo ang airline kasi they kicked you off the flight kahit wala kang kasalanan. And lastly, don't focus to the guy alone. Kc kung napahiya ka nung guy, mas nakakahiya na pinatalsik ka sa flight kahit wala kang kasalanan tulad ng sinasabi mo kaya dapat kasuhan mo din ang airline for damages and we will see.
