They say that being a true gentleman is an acquired virtue, usually from the family values one has grown up with. However, there are those whose appearances can really be deceiving.
Recently, Artistic Personality AP was spotted at the airport’s carousel area waiting for his luggage. As we all know, the carousel or the conveyor area is where all the plane passengers converge to wait and pick up their luggage after they disembark from the plane. Standing beside AP was a Lady Passenger LP who was also waiting for her belongings.
As other fellow passengers were crowding the area, AP reportedly motioned to LP if she would please move behind him as AP was confident that his 'priority luggage' would be coming out ahead of hers. LP refused to move and remained standing where she was because she told AP that she was there first. Besides, the carousel was still empty and the pieces of luggage were not coming out yet. Next thing, he and LP were already arguing with each other as she was firm in not giving in to him.
An eyewitness remarked that AP was clearly power-tripping, as he tried to bully the woman while cursing her in Spanish. Not content with cursing, AP allegedly tried to scare her by showing off his bodyguards. LP was stunned. When the passengers’ pieces of luggage were coming out from the conveyor, AP was seen intentionally elbowing her as he picked up his stuff one by one. Unbelievable!
Consequently, people were turned off by AP’s demeanor which was so opposite of his onscreen persona. Truly, AP is out of context, out of nowhere.
Is something amiss somewhere with AP? People are asking where his arrogance is coming from. Some observers firmly believe it is because of his financially secured partner. Take a guess?

ReplyDeleteHmm pero parang bruha din si LP. Nagsabi naman pala dahil mas mauuna lumabas ang luggage inignore nya. Marami ganyan sa pag collect ng luggage. Ayaw umalis sa harapan ng carousel o ayaw umurong kapag kukunin mo na bagahe mo. Nakakairita din talaga kapag pagod ka tapos may mga ganung jologs.

ReplyDeleteIt looks like this LP passenger is rude. Why in the world would she be standing close to him when clearly her luggage would come out after his. She seriously needs to understand what courtesy means!! If I was AP I would have done the same thing and curse that woman.
ReplyDeleteThat LP passenger is quite rude nga. But AP shouldn't have to show-off his bodyguards and let the whole world knows who he is, and how 'powerful' can he be.
DeleteI travel a lot, if u see people picking up their baggagesa carousel, you should move and give way kahit walang request, so the lady deserves it, kung kaninong bag ang unang lumabas sya unang kukuha, di naman yan fall in line then pag me sumingit magagalit ka, kahit me sumingit kung bag nya ang nasa carousel then give way

ReplyDeleteMaraming ganyang moments di lang sa mga celebrity kahit sa mga ordinary citizens, mapa sa airport man or elsewhere nakiusap naman pala yun guy pero totally naignore nun babae, i bet may kasamang irap pa yun or maybe nag make faces pa. Baka mukha lang na siniko nun guy kasi nga siksikan dahil ayaw mag give way yun babae. Kung basta na lang naniko si guy or kung walang sabisabi deserving niyang mabash pero nakiusap naman, eh mas piniling magmaldita nun babae.

Nung dumating ako dito sa Pilipinas last year sa NAIA 1 ako bumaba. 3 ang maleta ko, unang lumabas yung dalawa, yung pangatlo nasa hulihan na, dahil nga iisa na lang hinihintay ko at ang hirap maghintay dahil baka umikot na naman, nakatayo ako medyo malapit sa conveyor. Biglang may 2 matanda na lumapit, sabay sabing, tabi kayo kukunin namin ang bagahe ni "Ambassador". Totoong nangyari yan, marami rin nag react sa airport. Kung may position ka, dapat humbe ka. Kahit sinong Pontius PIlato ka pa, iisang presyo ang binayaran namin sa eroplano.

ReplyDeleteSorry pero galit din ako sa mga ganitong tao na kala mo katapusan na ng mundo kung makalaplap ng pwesto (Lalo na sa MRT, men are much more accommodating to get everyone in, kesa most women who don't care about anyone else). E sinabi na nga na priority luggage, so una talaga lalabas. Ano ba meron sa pwesto at ayaw niya pakawalan, ginto? E di move away at hanap ng ibang pwesto! Walang pila sa area na yun noh, and aantayin ka ng bag mo habang paikot ikot sya. Oo, mayabang, power-trip, patola at rude si AP. Pero etong tipo ni girl passenger ang pinapatayo ng mga lalaki sa bus at di binibigyan dapat ng upuan, dahil obviously hayok sa pwesto. Hay puso ko.

ReplyDeletePriority baggage is Priority. This comes with a different price, either thru frequent travel mileage or travel class. Yan ang dapat matutunan ng passengers. Yung iba, economy tapos they expect mauuna yung baggage nila? Simple courtesy. Kasi yung Hurley sa BI syonga!

Kasi nga dapat naturalize ng mga Di sanay mag travel na ang business class at frequent flyer passengers have the right of first dislodge. Yung ibang coach passengers d alam yan. Bastus lang tambay sa carousel at una pa talaga sila. Now ang mga seasoned travelers d yan kumahog, syempre dahil alam na mauuna yung bags nila. Wish ko lang I announce yan sa PA ng mga flights. Nakakainis naman talaga yung syongaers na byahista. and surely if you know this fact and may makiusap, pag bigyan!

DeleteAP is E. According to basic info, he also speaks Spanish. Baka pinakiusapan ni AP ng maayos yung lady passenger sa una pero nagmatigas ang babae kaya ayun, nagalit si AP. In defense to AP, he's a genuine person but when you provoke him in a ridiculous manner, he gets mad. Yun din naman ang sinabi ng kanyang sisterette noon sa isang show about him on cable TV.
