  1. It wasn't vandalized. Upon set-up pinatanggal na talaga ng ad board yan. Stop making rumors. It was indeed censored.

    2. Kaloka ka Anon 2:53. Tell me ano ang ikina censored dyan?

    3. Anti-Gay yan sigurado si anon2:53 or sya mismo nag vandalized lol. Ganda ganda ng hashtag oh 'Love All Kinds of Love'. Isa puso mo yan!

    4. It was ad censorship chorva. The holding of hands is not malaswa perse pero it's the holding of hands ng 2 lalaki that suggests they are in a romantic relationship ang na censor ng ad censorship chorva.

    5. Sorry, you misunderstood me. What I was saying is that nobody vandalized it. The original billboard could not have been approved by the ad board so what Bench did is to censor the hands... Hence, it was indeed censored. I'm not for it or against it... I'm just saying it was censored and not vandalized by someone. :)

      Delete
    6. censored? seriously? it's not that one of them is making a middle finger sign or what?!

      Delete
    7. I think it was because of the rings that they are wearing... Signifying they are married which is clearly not accepted in our country. I am for gay rights and all but then respect also the law of the country you are in.

      Delete
    8. Lol!

      Delete
    9. it's horrible that it's censored 'cause we're in the 21st century. pero i'm for banning ALL billboards. i'd rather have more trees there. when you're driving, it looks like you're watching TV with all the faces of overexposed starlets like anne curtis and kris aquino. they're all ugly and irritating, and they make you less focused on driving.

i'm for having ads like that inside malls though, where they belong.

  2. who the hell homophobic creature did that?! That's the question!!

  3. Nice campaign. It was approved by the ad board (ASC) for installation in Guadalupe, but to create an uproar in social media, Bench censored the hands so people will see the difference between the mock-up vs. actual. Galing ng Bench stirring people's emotions. I know it was approved- I work in ASC.

    1. It's not being homophobic dear, it's called MORALITY.
And having morals doesnt mean we lose respect. Like u even us have stand regarding the third sex, and not patronizing it means we have morals but we respect them.

      Delete

      Delete
    3. Stop calling it third sex. You are not above us. We are equal.

    4. Lgbt demands for respect but forgets to respect the law of the land they are in.

    5. 9.04 & 3.47, morality? Law of the land?

9:04, Isn't bigotry oppressive, and thus immoral?

3.47, Since you're acting smart in this forum, why not enlighten us. What law of the land are you talking about?

We ALL have the right to life and liberty, don't get it twisted.

  6. If ASC did approve the billboard with hands not censored, and upon installation the marketing team of Bench painted over their hands to create this online sensation, then sino ang nangloloko sa atin?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Indeed, just for online sensation. Bench din may gawa niyan. Aakyat ka ng mataas at kailangan mo ng madmaing black paint to do this stuff.

      Delete
  7. This is so saddening. Why should it be vandalized? No. If the censored thing is true, why is there a need for it to be censored in the first place? There's no law that has been violated by this ad. It promotes equality. Does law forbid that? To have equal rights for all? I guess not. What the law forbids is discrimination. People with courrpt minds wouldn't understand maybe because they do not know what life and love is all about. Homosexuality has never been a choice. Other people who don't understand don't actually need to "understand".. All they have to do is to just RESPECT.. #PaintTheirHandsBack

    1. We do respect and accept LGBT but you also have to RESPECT the children who doesnt know or understand this kind of thing. the sae thing why we protect them from kissing or violent scence.they have no VOICE to speak for themselves or to protect their inocence

      Delete
    2. I agree, children would have so many questions in mind when they see this...so good thing it was censored.

      Delete
    3. They're just holding hands, I don't see anyone censoring models who are practically naked posing in billboards and I also don't see anyone censoring billboards of heterosexual couples holding hands, why should it be censored when it is between two people of the same sex? And why shouldn't children have the right to know about homosexuality? I don't see why it will "stain" their innocence at all.

      Delete
    4. It was not vandalized. This was a set-up by Bench to create an issue sa media

      Delete

    ReplyDelete
  10. Filipinos are obviously not yet ready to this phenomenon. To promote such kind of love will eventually ruin our morality and humanity. What will happen to our offsprings? What God teaches us? Please People i beg you all to have a moment of reflection. Our world nowadays is going and going worst and like hell. Be ourselves the start of good anew.

    ReplyDelete

    1. The ignorance in this world is so prolific. Homosexuality is as much a choice as your hair color. Nobody is "promoting" anything. It's called tolerance. There are other things ruining morality in this world, and it's not love nor acceptance. Get a grip.

    2. It is not the sinners we condemn. It is the sin itself. We taught kids about family and procreation. tapos ito makikita sa billboards. Dapat pinabaklas na lang.
Like i said, i dont hate gays or lesbians, its the immoral act i hate.

    3. "To promote such kind of love will eventually ruin our morality and humanity"? Who the hell are u to stand there and say that their kind of love will ruin OUR humanity??? It is easy to pass judgement and hide behind the mask of religion to make it seem like you're just a good little catholic/christian person but in reality, you are just as hateful and ignorant as any of those crazy religious fanatics around the world. Live and let live. He didn't specify, "unless they're gay!), go back to the cave where you've been living in all these years. We don't need another intolerant, bible thumping idiot running around promoting inequality.

    4. God is teaching you not to judge other people Anon355. So I also beg you to have a moment of reflection and have love and compassion to others even if you don't understand their preferences. It's time to start giving our LGBT brothers and sisters the freedom that they deserve. It's time for us to learn, what God is really teaching us, not what our religion is telling us. #toroyAkalaKoChismisanDito

    6. There are some Christian homosexuals and there are those that desire deliverance from homosexuality. Rather than trying to be God and pass judgement on those individuals, a better option may be to offer prayers to those struggling with their homosexuality

I respect the LGBT community but to be honest, I would still prefer ng normal na buhay...you know, that boy and girl thingy...and not same-sex relationship. - IMO

  17. I personally do not see anything wrong with the ad, but obviously e hindi pa talaga handa ng Pilipinas sa ganito. nakakalungkot pero yun ang realidad.

I admire Bench for this concept, pero sana napanindigan nila, or sana kinlaro muna nilang mabuti ang lahat before inilabas ang mga billboards/ads na yan.

  22. Napaka righteous nang gumawa nyan. Hiyang hiya ako. There's nothing wrong, offensive, and bad about guys holding hands. God! Why are filipinos like this?!

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. hiyang-hiya rin ako sa u. hindi kailangang maging righteous pero dahil hindi normal yan, hindi dapat ipangalandakan. lalo na ang laki-laki at makikita ng mga bata. ikaw ba pag nagka-anak, gugustuhin mo agad na maging gay or lesbian siya? come to think of it...I don't want to offend anyone pero siguro kahit sinong magulang, ang gusto, babae o lalaki ang anak niya...just my two cents.

      Delete
    2. Tama Anon 10:32

      Delete
    3. Actually in most of first world countries, these things are treated normal. But we're in the Philippines so obviously, utak biya talaga ang tao pagdating sa discussion ng equality and acceptance.

      Delete
    4. What? So pag ang lalaki nag holding hands, bakla na agad? Bakit girls pag nag holding hands, hindi naman tibo agad ah...It's because you are imposing gender roles, na hindi pwedeng maging maging affectionate ang lalaki unlike sa mga babae. I mean oo mga bakla yung pinapalabas sa billboard, pero yung statement niyo na hindi normal yung holding hands ng mga lalaki dahil nag eequate ito sa pagiging bakla is so ignorant. Be open minded please.

      Delete
It's normal for girls to be touchy sa girlfriends nila, that's how girls show compassion para sa kaibigan. Off talaga pag lalaki sa lalaki ang magka-holding hands. Ask a straight guy kung ano feeling nila pag nakipagholding hands sa kapwa straight guy niya, you'll know the answer.

People hate the bible because they don't wish to hear the truth, it will go against what "they think" is good for them. Hurt me with the truth, don't comfort with lies.

      Delete

  27. I don't even see that at censorship... that's mockery. Love signifies unity and by concealing it - i doubted that Filipinos can be united anymore. Hindi ito dala ng bagong henerasyon o panahon - dahil matagal na ang same sex relationship.... its about time to tell and show everyone na ALL IS FAIR IN LOVE --- the action might have cause lots of reactions - pero kung may pagtanggap lang sana at malinaw sa lahat - wala sanang diskusyon pa. Thanks FP.

as long as an individual stand on his or her own belief, ipaglalaban at ipaglalaban nya yun
and we all have different stands on this,

people keeps talking about love but what are we doing here
    we're kinda sharing hate here
    people are angry
and last time I checked it has nothing to do with love

so, whoever did this, if his goal is to make such an uproar, he did very well, but the love thing in the slogan, I don't think so
